An audio signal processing device includes a first input terminal which receives an audio signal from a record player, a memory which stores a correction parameter for audio signal processing and characteristic information indicating the characteristic of an audio signal for measurement, a signal processing circuit which performs the audio signal processing on the audio signal received based on the correction parameter, and a microcomputer. The microcomputer measures the sound characteristic of the audio signal received when the audio signal for measurement recorded on a phonograph record for measurement are reproduced, generates the correction parameter based on a result of comparison between the result of the measurement and the characteristic information, and stores, in the memory, setting information and the correction parameter generated, in association with each other, the setting information indicating a setting on the audio signal processing when the measurement is performed.

In the case that the control equipment receives a telephone communication voice signal indicating telephone conversation voice of another party of the telephone conversation from the cellular phone, based on the detection signal outputted from the detection unit, when the control equipment judges that there is no fellow passenger, the control equipment has the telephone conversation voice outputted mainly from the front speakers and the rear speakers, and when the control equipment judges that there is a fellow passenger, the control equipment has the telephone conversation voice outputted mainly from the driver's speakers.

An in-vehicle communication device that automatically answers a caller device that sends a call when a telephone device located in a vehicle receives the call comprising: in-vehicle sensors that detect vehicle conditions, a communication interface for the telephone device and a control device that controls the telephone device via the communication interface wherein the control device acquires the vehicle conditions which are detected by the in-vehicle sensors judges whether a driver's answering the call is dangerous or not based on the acquired vehicle conditions when the control device detects the call to the telephone device prepares an answer message including vehicle information that depends upon a running condition of the vehicle at the time when the driver's answering the call is judged to be dangerous, and sends the prepared answer message to the caller device.
