An onboard power source system includes: a main power source unit that supplies power; one or a plurality of power source hubs; a plurality of electronic devices; and a main power feeding cable that connects the one or plurality of power source hubs to the main power source unit, in which an electronic device related to power among the plurality of electronic devices and an electronic device related to traveling or safety among the plurality of electronic devices are connected to different power source hubs.

Onboard power source system and design method

An in-vehicle power supply structure, in which a vehicle is divided into a plurality of zones and a power supply hub for connecting an electronic device is provided in each of the zones, includes a break detection wire routed along a power supply wire, for detecting damage to the power supply wire caused by an external force acting on the vehicle by its own damage. Both ends of the break detection wire are connected to power supply hubs placed adjacent to each other.

In-vehicle power supply structure

An in-vehicle power supply system includes first to sixth power supply hubs connected to a main feed line, electronic devices connected to the first to sixth power supply hubs via a sub feed line, and a control device configured to control power feeding to the electronic devices. The control device is configured to control, based on a condition regarding a current consumption of the electronic devices, power feeding to the electronic devices such that the current consumption of the electronic devices is lower than an allowable current consumption that is predetermined in accordance with a scene of using a vehicle.

In-vehicle power supply system

An in-vehicle power supply system includes: a main power supply configured to supply power; one or more power supply hubs; a plurality of electronic devices; a main power cable configured to connect the one or more power supply hubs to the main power supply; a sub power cable configured to connect each of the plurality of electronic devices to any one of the one or more power supply hubs; and a control unit configured to turn on/off power supply to each of the plurality of electronic devices through a power supply hub connected to the electronic device. For the plurality of electronic devices, a predetermined voltage is specified, and it is designed so that, while power is supplied to the plurality of electronic devices connected to the one or more power supply hubs, the predetermined voltage of at least one of the plurality of electronic devices is ensured.

In-vehicle power supply system and vehicle equipped with same

Electronic devices include: a first electronic device capable of being always supplied with power; and a second electronic device capable of being supplied with the power through an operation by an occupant. Each of power supply hubs is located near the first electronic device, and connected to a battery or another one of the power supply hubs by one of main power supply lines. Each of the first and second electronic devices is connected to nearby one of the power supply hubs. Each of zone ECUs outputs a control signal to one of power supply ICs so as to distribute, to the first and second electronic devices, the power supplied to one of the power supply hubs by one of the main power supply lines.

Vehicle-mounted network system

A network hub device used for building a simple network configuration in an in-vehicle network system is provided. A network hub device () is provided in a vehicle body and is coupled to a trunk network through which a digital control signal is transmitted. A sub hub device () performs input/output of a signal to/from an in-vehicle device provided in a partial body assembled to the vehicle body via a movable portion. The sub hub device () is provided in the partial body and the digital control signal is transmitted/received between the sub hub device () and the network hub device () via a wire harness passing through the movable portion.

In-vehicle network system

A network hub device used for building a simple network configuration in an in-vehicle network system is provided. A network hub device () is coupled to a trunk network and performs input/output of a signal to/from an in-vehicle device via a plurality of device side communication ports. A signal conversion section () configured to perform signal conversion between a digital control signal and an analog control signal is provided between a trunk side communication port and an analog port. A second signal conversion section () configured to perform signal conversion between a digital control signal and an analog control signal is provided between a digital port () and a predetermined in-vehicle device ().

Network hub device

The present invention relates to a wire harness arrangement structure of a vehicle, comprising plural component control parts to control plural electric components for governing a drive of the vehicle, a main control part to generate a command signal for providing a command to the plural component control parts, and plural main wire harnesses to transmit the command signal to the plural component control parts. The plural electric components include at least a brake, an engine, a transmission, and a steering, the plural main wire harnesses comprise first signal transmission routes which extend from the main control part to the plural component control parts, respectively, and second signal transmission routes which extend from the main control part to the plural component control parts, respectively, and the command signal is transmitted to the main control part to the plural component control parts through the first and second signal transmission routes.

Wire harness arrangement structure of vehicle

The present invention relates to a wire harness arrangement structure of a vehicle, comprising plural component control parts to control plural electric components for governing a drive of the vehicle, a main control part to generate a command signal for providing a command to the plural component control parts, and plural main wire harnesses to transmit the command signal. The plural electric components include at least a brake, an engine, a transmission, and a steering, and the plural main wire harnesses constitute a signal transmission loop which extends from the main control part and returns to the main control part by way of the plural component control parts.

Power supply system of vehicle

A vehicle multiplex transmission apparatus which can operate all the auxiliary units of a vehicle even when a power supply line of the vehicle is locally short-circuited. This vehicle multiplex transmission apparatus includes a plurality of control nodes arranged in respective portions of a vehicle, for controlling vehicle auxiliary units, and a multiplex transmission line for connecting among the plurality of control nodes. The control nodes are connected to a power supply node arranged at a predetermined position of a vehicle body through two independent systems of first and second power supply lines. The first power supply line supplies power to vehicle travel auxiliary units. The second power supply line supplies power to general system auxiliary units, but it can supply power to the travel auxiliary units as needed.

Vehicle multiplex transmission apparatus

An electrical wiring harness structure constituting a multiplex transmission network in a vehicle, in which a vehicle body is divided into a plurality of blocks, electrical components are mounted in units of blocks to constitute modules, and thereafter, the modules are combined to complete a vehicle body. The structure includes control nodes, arranged in units of modules, for controlling communications of the electrical components mounted on the corresponding modules, wiring harnesses, arranged between the adjacent modules, for forming a transmission path for performing communications among the control nodes, and connectors for connecting the wiring harnesses and the control nodes.

Electrical harnessing structure for vehicle

An integrated circuit for a vehicle, vehicle which is formed in the shape of a case and which includes a pair of circuit boards, and a connector electrically connected to another connector. Each circuit board includes a metal circuit board main body, defining an outer portion of the case, an insulating layer formed on the entire inner surface of the circuit board main body, a conductive layer formed on the insulating layer in a predetermined circuit pattern, and a plurality of circuit elements electrically connected to a predetermined portion of the conductive layer.
