A radial bearing is received in and is fixed to a bearing receiving portion of a yoke housing, which includes large and small diameter parts, to rotatably support a rotatable shaft. A thrust ball and a thrust plate are received in the bearing receiving portion on an axial side of the radial bearing, which is opposite from the rotatable shaft. The large diameter part receives and holds the radial bearing. The small diameter part holds the thrust ball. The thrust plate is held by an axial end area of the small diameter part.

Bearing device for supporting rotatable shaft of electric motor

A door trim for a vehicle is provided. The vehicle comprises a fixed body including an opening and a movable body that opens and closes the opening. At least one of the fixed body and the movable body includes an attachment portion. The door trim comprises an elongate shape and a cover. The cover is attached along the attachment portion in a manner to cover the attachment portion. The door trim comprises a reinforcing member for reinforcing the cover. The reinforcing member is provided between the cover and the attachment portion to directly oppose the attachment portion. At least one of the cover and the reinforcing member is directly assembled to the attachment portion.

Door trim for vehicle

A motor is provided that includes magnetic poles, an armature core, armature coils, a commutator, and power supply brushes. The armature core includes teeth arranged in the circumferential direction to extend in a radial pattern. The armature coils include inner layer coils and outer layer coils. Each of the inner layer coils is wound around radially proximal end portions of two circumferentially adjacent teeth or a radially proximal end portion of one of the teeth. The inner layer coils are arranged in the circumferential direction without overlapping each other in the radial direction. Each of the outer layer coils is wound around radially distal end portions of two circumferentially adjacent teeth by distributed winding. The outer layer coils are arranged radially outward of the inner layer coils and are arranged in the circumferential direction without overlapping each other in the radial direction. The circumferential center of the inner layer coils and the circumferential center of the outer layer coils are displaced in the circumferential direction.

Direct-current motor with improved branched tooth arrangement

An opening and closing apparatus is disclosed that includes an opening and closing body, a force transmitting portion, an elongated sensor body, a support member, and a control section. The opening and closing body is actuated to selectively open and close an opening. The force transmitting portion has a drive portion that generates drive force. The force transmitting portion transmits the drive force from the drive portion to the opening and closing body. The sensor body detects an object between a closing-side end of the opening and closing body and a facing part of the periphery of the opening that faces the closing-side end of the opening. The closing-side end is at an advancing side of the opening and closing body when the opening and closing body is in a closing operation. The support member is fixed either to the closing-side end or the facing part. The support member supports the sensor body. The control section controls the drive portion based on a detection result of the object received from the sensor body. The support member includes an attachment main body and a reinforcing member that is embedded in the attachment main body and reinforces the attachment main body. The reinforcing member has a sensor holding portion that is exposed to the outside from the attachment main body and holds the sensor body.

Opening and closing apparatus

A molten dielectric resin material is filled in a section of an inside of a hollow dielectric body, in which electrode wires are installed. The molten dielectric resin material is solidified to form filler resin, so that the hollow dielectric body has a sensor portion, in which the filler resin is not filled in the inside of the hollow dielectric body, and a non-sensor portion, in which the filler resin is filled in the inside of the hollow dielectric body. A power supply connector is installed to one end part of the hollow dielectric body located at the non-sensor portion side and includes a plurality of electrically conductive terminals that are electrically connected to the plurality of electrode wires.

Pressure sensitive sensor and manufacturing method thereof

When a drive shaft is in a non-drive state, a second drive rotor is in a non-engaged state with a driven rotor with respect to its own rotating direction. When the drive shaft is in a drive state, a rotating force of a first drive rotor is transmitted to the second drive rotor through an urging member. As a result, a power transmitting member revolves, and a centrifugal force arranges the power transmitting member at a second clamping position. The second drive rotor receives a reaction force from a driven rotor via the power transmitting member. As a result, the second drive rotor is relatively rotated in an opposite direction to a rotating direction of the first drive rotor with respect to the first drive rotor, against an urging force of the urging member. As a result, the first drive rotor is engaged with the driven rotor with respect to its own rotating direction. Accordingly, the clutch is stably operated.

Clutch, motor device, and vehicle door opening and closing apparatus

An opening and closing device includes an electrically conductive fixed body, a movable body, a drive motor, a speed control device, a detection assembly, and a determining device. The electrically conductive fixed body defines an opening portion therein. The movable body is displaceable between a full closed position and a full open position. The drive motor drives the movable body to open and close the opening portion of the fixed body. The detection assembly includes a sensor electrode. The determining device computes, as a detection value, a change amount of the capacitance at the sensor electrode per a predetermined constant measuring time based on the change of the capacitance detected by the sensor electrode. The determining device compares the detection value with a constant threshold value, and determines whether the object exists between the movable body and the periphery of the opening portion based on the comparison result.

Opening and closing device

A foreign object detection sensor applied to an electric sliding door apparatus is provided. The sensor includes a contact detecting section, a change detecting section, and a determination section. The contact detection section has a pressure sensitive portion which is capable of elastically changing in form through contact with a foreign object. The contact detecting section outputs a contact detection signal. The change detecting section measures the time required for the oscillation signal for a predetermined number of cycles to be outputted within a measurement period, which is set shorter than the response time it takes from when the object makes contact with the pressure sensitive portion to when the contact detecting section outputs the contact detection signal in the case where the movable body is in the closing operation at a predetermined maximum moving speed.

Foreign object detection sensor

An opening and closing apparatus is provided with a foreign material detecting sensor, a position detecting apparatus and a control circuit apparatus. The foreign material detecting sensor has a sensor electrode, and is arranged in a front end of a door panel. The foreign material detecting sensor outputs an electrostatic capacity detection signal corresponding to a change of an electrostatic capacity between the sensor electrode and a foreign material coming close to the electrode. The position detecting apparatus outputs a position detection signal corresponding to a position of the door panel. The control circuit apparatus compares a change amount of the electrostatic capacity detected on the basis of the electrostatic capacity detection signal with a threshold value so as to judge, on the basis of a result of comparison, whether or not a foreign material exists between the door panel and a vehicle body. The control circuit apparatus changes the threshold value on the basis of the position detection signal, in the case of detecting, on the basis of the position detection signal, that the door panel is arranged at the first door position, during a closing motion of the door panel.

Cord switch and detecting apparatus using the same

First and second reciprocable members are arranged between a motor and a mirror and are selectively reciprocated by rotational force conducted from the motor to tilt the mirror. When the motor is rotated in a first rotational direction, the second reciprocable member is held stationary, and the first reciprocable member is reciprocated to tilt the mirror in a vertical direction. When the motor is rotated in a second rotational direction, which is opposite from the first rotational direction of the motor, the first reciprocable member is held stationary, and the second reciprocable member is reciprocated to tilt the mirror in a horizontal direction.

Mirror angle control apparatus and power mirror system having the same

A brushless motor includes motor holder having a plate, a stator attached to the plate and a rotor having a rotary shaft. The rotary shaft has a lower end that protrudes from the stator. A sensor magnet is located near the lower end of the rotary shaft. The plate has a through hole through which the sensor magnet passes. This structure allows a unit including the stator, the rotor and the sensor magnet to be pre-assembled. The unit is then secured to the motor holder. This permits a set of standardized parts to be attached to a non-standard part in one step, which makes assembly more efficient.

Brushless motor and method of manufacture

A brushless motor includes a stator attached to a motor case and a rotor. A circuit substrate is attached to the motor case. The substrate includes an electric circuit, which supplies electric current to the stator thereby rotating the rotor. A fan generates and moves air in accordance with rotation of the rotor. A duct guides some of the air moved by the fan to the stator. A flange extends from the stator. The air guided by the duct flows along the flange. This structure reduces the size of the brushless motor while increasing its power.
