The drawing dieincludes a first curved surface sectionC from which the workpieceis detached while being reduced in diameter, a die bearing sectionB arranged radially inward of and downstream of a workpiece separation point K of the first curved surface sectionC, and a guide sectionD having a second curved surface sectionC which smoothly continues to an upstream end of the die bearing sectionB and configured to again come into contact with the workpiecedetached from the first curved bearing sectionC to guide the workpiece to the die bearing sectionB while reducing a diameter of the workpiece. The drawing plughas a plug bearing sectionB shorter than a length Lof the die bearing sectionB. The plug bearing sectionB is arranged at a position corresponding to the die bearing sectionB.
