A rolling bearing device includes a rotary shaft; a housing; a pair of rolling bearings; an outer ring spacer; an elastic member provided in a bottom side of the housing, the bottom side of the housing being a second axial side of the housing, and the elastic member being configured to urge the rolling bearings, the outer ring spacer, and the rotary shaft toward a first axial side; and a retaining ring that is fitted into a circumferential groove provided on an inner periphery in the first axial side of the housing, the retaining ring being in axial contact with the outer ring of the rolling bearing located on the first axial side, and the retaining ring including at least three arc members arranged in a circumferential direction.

Rolling bearing device and assembling method for the same

A power generating device includes an input rotor that is provided to an output shaft of speed up gears so as to be capable of rotating together with the output shaft, an output rotor that is provided to a drive shaft of a generator so as to be capable of rotating together with the drive shaft, and a one-way clutch that is disposed between the input rotor and the output rotor. The one-way clutch connects the input rotor with the output rotor so as to rotate together with the input rotor and the output rotor when the rotation speed of the input rotor exceeds the rotation speed of the output rotor, and the one-way clutch is configured to release the connection between the input rotor and the output rotor when the rotation speed of the input rotor falls below the rotation speed of the output rotor.

Power generating device

An inner ring contact member is mounted on a rotation shaft to be disposed at a lower side of an inner ring in a vertical direction such that a larger-diameter end of a conical outer peripheral surface abuts against an axial end surface of the inner ring. The conical outer peripheral surface is formed such that the larger-diameter end of the conical outer peripheral surface is disposed radially inwardly of a radially outward edge of the end surface of the inner ring. A cage is disposed between the inner ring and an outer ring in such a manner that a first annular portion of the cage close to the conical outer peripheral surface is disposed so as to overlap with the end surface of the inner ring in the radial direction.

Rolling bearing apparatus

A turbocharger includes a turbine wheel having a center hole and a turbine shaft having one end secured on a small-diameter inner circumferential surface of the center hole. A large-diameter inner circumferential surface and a large diameter outer circumferential surface are formed to provide a cylindrical clearance opening toward a bearing housing between the center hole and the outer circumferential surface of the turbine shaft.

Turbocharger

A supercharger includes a housing, and a turbine shaft supported in a center hole in the housing through rolling bearings. Lubricating oil for the rolling bearings exists only within the housing. A cooling water jacket is provided within a body portion of the housing over a region from one axial end portion of the body portion to the other axial end portion thereof.

Supercharger

A turbocharger includes a housing, and a turbine shaft supported in a center hole in the housing through rolling bearings. A tank portion for storing lubrication oil is formed in the housing, and the lubricating oil is supplied from the tank portion to the rolling bearings through wick members extending from the tank portion respectively to the rolling bearings. The wick member includes a bundle of fibers made of a plastics material, and a distal end portion thereof is separated into a fibrous condition, and this distal end portion is held in contact with the bearing. The lubricating oil is supplied to the bearing by a capillary action of the wick member.

In an outer ring, a first ball filling slot which extends from a first raceway groove to a first end face of one side of an axial direction is formed, and in an inner ring, a second raceway groove and a second ball filling slot which extends from the second raceway groove to a second end face of one side of the axial direction are formed. Circumferential extension grooves which extend from one of the first ball filling slot and the second ball filling slot by a predetermined length in a circumferential direction at the opposite sides of the circumferential direction of the ball filling slot and extend from the first raceway groove to the first end face in the axial direction are formed.

Ball bearing

A bearing device mountable on a smaller bearing and allowing to be automatically lubricated for a long period, comprising an inner ring and an outer ring rotated relative to each other, cages and rolling elements held by the cages which are disposed in an annular space between the inner and outer rings, a seal ring disposed on both sides of the inner and outer rings, and a unit body formed of a battery, a tank for storing lubricant, and a pump sucking and discharging the lubricant from the tank which is disposed between the outer ring and the inner ring detachably from the seal ring, wherein the lubricant is discharged from the pump into the annular space in which the rolling elements are disposed and the discharged amount of the lubricant from the pump is controlled by a sensor and a control circuit, and the unit body is formed detachable, whereby a lubrication unit installed in the bearing can be made compact and slim.

Bearing device

In a rolling bearing including a cage arranged in an annular space between an outer ring and an inner ring, a plurality of rolling elements held by the cage, and a solid lubricating agent provided in the cage, the cage has a plurality of rolling element receiving pockets in a circumferential direction, and has recess portions between the rolling element receiving pockets in a circumferential direction, and each of the rolling elements is received in each of the rolling element receiving pockets. The solid lubricating agent is attached to the recess portions in such a manner as to be in a slidable contact with a rolling element raceway surface.
