A stepper motor includes: a rotor including a rotor core and a permanent magnet, the rotor core including a plurality of teeth; and a stator arranged around the rotor while being spaced apart from the rotor and including a plurality of magnetic pole teeth, the magnetic pole teeth including a plurality of teeth and projecting toward the rotor. A winding is wound around every other magnetic pole tooth. A phase of the teeth of the magnetic pole teeth with no winding therearound is shifted from a phase of the teeth of the other magnetic pole teeth.

A stator is provided. The stator includes a yoke part of an annular shape, tooth winding portions that protrude inward from the yoke part and around which an electric wire is wound, and a tooth end portion formed on an inward side of the tooth winding portion. The stator is formed by stacking steel plates in a direction corresponding to a rotational axis of a motor. The tooth winding portion is formed by stacking the steel plates having different shapes such that at an end portion in the stacking direction, thickness of the tooth winding portions gradually decrease toward the end portion in the stacking direction, and the yoke part and the tooth end portion include protruding portions formed by stacking the steel plates, such that the protruding portions protrude from the tooth winding portion in the stacking direction.

The second end of the first outer tube member () in the direction of the axis (O), and the first end of the second outer tube member () in the direction of the axis (O) overlap each other in a radial direction of the outer tube () with the second rubber elastic body therebetween (). Through this configuration, the generation of a noise from the vibration-damping device can be suppressed.
