A hybrid stepping motor has a connector housing formed integrally with an insulator having an upper insulator and a lower insulator. The hybrid stepping motor includes a stator core and output terminals concentrically disposed outside the stator core. A wiring pattern serving as the output terminals has connector pins and land portions disposed eccentrically with respect to one another. The land portions are formed on an outer edge side of the wiring pattern. A surface, which is an uppermost surface of the wiring pattern, is located below a lowermost surface, in which jumper wires and lead wires pass, of the lower insulator. The lead wires are pulled out from a lower side, and are pulled out to guiding grooves.

Hybrid type stepping motor

A centrifugal fan that is light in weight and has a structure that restrains vibration are provided. The centrifugal fan includes a resin upper casing, a resin lower casing, an impeller, a motor, and a circuit board. The impeller, the motor and the circuit board are housed between the resin upper casing and the resin lower casing. Radial ribs and a concentric ribs for reinforcing are formed at a bottom surface of a concave part of the lower casing. Resin pins are provided in a standing manner at these rib parts, and the circuit board is fixed to the lower casing by the resin pins.

Centrifugal fan

The present invention provides a centrifugal fan that can be easily positioned when it is installed in a device or apparatus, which can further improve positioning accuracy, and which can decrease noise, even if it is made thin. In the centrifugal fan in which an impeller is received inside a casing and air drawn in from a suction port formed on the casing by rotating the impeller is discharged from the casing to the outside of a blowing port, a circular protruded portion is formed on a peripheral edge of the suction port, and protrudes upwardly in a shaft direction from an upper surface of the casing.

There is provided a linear actuator including an output shaft formed with a helical groove, a retainer having a cylindrical shape to receive the output shaft therein, and provided with a plurality of concave portions in dotted manner at positions of an inner peripheral surface thereof along the helical groove, and a rotor magnet fixed to the retainer. Balls are retained in the plurality of concave portions, respectively, and when the retainer is rotated, the balls are moved along the helical groove of the output shaft in a state where the balls are retained in the concave portions.

Motor operation is then controlled in accordance with the user-provided operating parameters and conditions.

System and method for reconfigurable fans

A vibration motor includes a rotary shaft, an armature core secured to the rotary shaft and having a plurality of salient poles, an armature coil wound around each of the salient poles except at least one salient pole, a frame serving as an outside cover, a plurality of magnets secured to the frame and having respective different polarities, and a weight adapted to rotate together with the rotary shaft and disposed eccentrically, wherein the weight is disposed inside the frame and secured to the armature core in such a manner that at least a part of the weight is inserted in a hollow provided in at least the one salient pole having no armature coil.

Vibration motor

A single phase stepping motor has a stator, and a rotor disposed to surround the stator. The stator includes first and second annular stator yokes, which are disposed opposite to each other and have a plurality of pole teeth formed along a circumference thereof, and an annular stator coil disposed between the first and second stator yokes. The rotor includes a ring magnet, which is disposed to surround the first and second stator yokes, and has a plurality of magnetic poles formed along a circumference of the rotor, and a shaft disposed at a center position of the magnet. At least a partial region of a gap formed between each of the pole teeth and the opposing magnetic pole of the magnet is non-uniform in a predetermined direction.

Stepping motor

A stepping motor has a stator and a rotor disposed to surround the stator. The rotor has an annular magnet which has a plurality of magnetic poles formed along a circumference thereof, and a comb-teeth-shaped back yoke which is disposed to surround the magnet and has a plurality of comb teeth, the comb teeth facing boundary positions of adjacent magnetic poles.

The present invention provides a vibration-generating stepping motor including: two stator yokes; a bearing that magnetically couples the two stator yokes; a rotor frame that rotates on a circumference of the stator yokes; and an eccentric weight that shifts a gravity center of the rotor frame from a rotation center of the rotor frame.
