An electrical component is mounted a circuit board. A case covers the circuit board. The circuit board includes a plate-like metal core and an insulation portion. The insulation portion covers a surface of the metal core. The metal core is provided with a heat radiation portion exposed from the case.

A circuit board includes a metal core having a plate shape, an insulation section covering a surface of the metal core, and a heat radiation section in which the metal core is exposed and which is provided at a circumference of the metal core.

Circuit board and electrical connection box having the same

When a predetermined rupture load is applied to a mounting bracket formed on an attachment part, a rupture develops in the mounting bracket, and the attachment part can be separated from a base part by this rupture. The mounting bracket, in which a slit extending in a direction intersecting a loading direction of a rupture load is formed, includes a rigid portion disposed at one side of the slit and a breakable portion disposed at the other side of the slit which is breakable because of the presence of the bolt.

Mounting bracket structure

A window is formed in a common use cover for receiving one or a plurality of wiring boards therein, the inside and outside of the cover communicating with each other through the window. A convex portion for enabling the kind of the wiring board to be distinguished is formed on each of the wiring boards, and when the wiring boards are properly received within the cover, the convex portions project through the window to the exterior of the cover, or are disposed in facing relation to the window, and when the wire boards are improperly received in the cover, the convex portions are interfered with a wall of the cover. Each of the convex portions has an obverse/reverse distinguishing-function portion for enabling the obverse and reverse of the wiring board to be distinguished.

Electric connection box

An electric connection box includes a first cover and a second cover each having connector mounting portions, a first wiring board and a second wiring board which are mounted in a stacked manner between the first and second covers, a plurality of press-contacting terminals which are disposed in the connector mounting portions of the first and second covers, and are inserted in the first and second wiring boards, and a connecting wire which is selectively connected to the press-contacting terminals, and is arranged to extend over the first and second wiring boards when the first and second wiring boards are stacked together.

An electric connection box includes a first wiring board having first insulating ribs formed thereon, and a second wiring board having through hole portions (for respectively passing the first insulating ribs therethrough) formed respectively at regions of insulating of circuits from each other. The first wiring board and the second wiring board are stacked together, and are received within covers. The first insulating ribs of the first wiring board project respectively through the hole portions of the second wiring board to insulate the circuits of the second wiring board from each other.

Electric connection box having an improved insulating structure

A main body unit includes a wire cabling circuit body which is formed by bending rigid wires into predetermined cabling pattern shapes, a base member allowing the wire cabling circuit body to be disposed on an upper surface thereof and allowing electronic components such as a read-only memory to be mounted thereon, and a cover which is fixed to the base member in a manner that covers the wire cabling circuit body disposed on the base member. The main body unit is disposed inside a transmission case.

Automatic transmission for vehicle

An electric junction box is provided, by which the circuit density can be increased and the whole structure can be lightweight and compact. The electric junction box includes: an insulating board; and a plurality of electrically conductive metal wire rods having a square or a nearly square shape in cross section, which are arranged on the insulating board, wherein an end of at least one of the metal wire rod extends curvedly or straight forming a terminal part and at least a portion of the terminal part protrudes toward a housing of a body of the electric junction box. At least one of the metal wire rods is cut to a suitable length, bent into a suitable shape, and arranged on the insulating board. One terminal part of the metal wire rod protrudes toward the housing, while an opposite terminal part of the at least one metal wire rods is connected to a component or terminal or, alternatively, protrudes toward another housing.

Electric junction box and process for producing the same

In an electrical junction box, a female connector is provided in an upper cover adapted to cover the upper surface of a circuit board having a plurality of bus bars, a male connector engaging with the female connector is fixed with a bolt, a nut engaged with the bolt is supported by a nut support in the female connector, a cylindrical hollow is formed in the nut support, and a scraping-scattering preventing section which is fitted in the cylindrical hollow is formed on the circuit board. Hence, even if the bolt or the nut forms metal scrapings when the former is engaged with the latter, the scrapings are accommodated in the receiving pan of the scraping-scattering preventing section; that is, they are prevented from dropping on the circuit board.
