Field effect transistor

A sheet-stapling apparatus mounts a center-folded booklet and staples the booklet at a fold of the booklet by a staple. The sheet-stapling apparatus has a supporting member that mounts the center-folded booklet, a pushing member that pushes the booklet to the supporting member, a stapler that penetrates the staple through the booklet and a clincher that clinches legs of the staple to bind the booklet. The pushing member has a groove that pushes the fold of the booklet and maintains the fold of the booklet at a pushing angle. The supporting member forms the space between the clincher and the booklet.

Provided is a novel compound that can be applied to an organic electronics element. More specifically, provided is a novel heterocyclic compound applicable to organic electronics elements such as an organic EL element, an organic solar cell element, an organic transistorelement and an organic semiconductor laser element. The compound is a heterocyclic compound represented by the following general formula (1):  wherein Rand Rindependently represent a hydrogen atom, an aryl group that may have a substituent or an alkyl group that may have a substituent; m and n independently represent an integer of 1 to 4; and when Rand Rare two or more, one of R's and one of R's may be each the same as or different from one another.

Heterocyclic compound and use thereof

A cutting device includes a main body unit and a support unit. The main body unit includes a cutting unit on a lower side. The cutting unit cuts off an edge portion of paper. Method for producing aromatic compound

A photoelectric conversion device using a semiconductor fine material such as a semiconductor fine particle sensitized with a dye carried thereon, characterized in that the dye is a methine type dye having a specific partial structure, for example, a methine type dye having a specific carboxyl-substituted hetero ring on one side of a methine group and an aromatic residue substituted with a dialkylamino group or an organic metal complex residue on the other side of the methine group, or a methine type dye having a carboxyl-substituted aromatic ring on one side of a methine group and a heteroaromatic ring having a dialkylamino group or an organic metal complex residue on the otherside of the methine group; and a solar cell using the photoelectric conversion element. The photoelectric conversion element exhibits a conversion efficiency comparable or superior to that of a conventionally known photoelectric conversion element sensitized with a methine type dye.

The compound represented by formula (1) is suitable for use in an organic electronic device such as an organic EL element, an organic transistor element and a liquid crystal element. 

The present invention relates to an organic dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion device and a solar cell utilizing the same. In accordance with a demand to now for development of an organic dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion device with high conversion efficiency and high practicability using an inexpensive dye, there is provided in the present invention, a photoelectric conversion device with high conversion efficiency by producing a photoelectric conversion device by sensitizing fine semiconductor particles with a methine dye having specified skeleton.

Disclosed is a field-effect transistor characterized by using a compound represented by the formula (1) below as a semiconductor material. Field-effect transistor

The present invention provides an RF module capable of converting electromagnetic waves in the TE mode to balanced electromagnetic waves in the TEM mode without adjustment and outputting the balanced electromagnetic waves while easily realizing miniaturization. The RF module includes: a waveguide in which a half-wavelength TE mode resonator is formed; an E plane coupling window formed in a wall portion orthogonal to an H plane out of wall portions constructing the TE mode resonator in the waveguide; an output line provided at the edge on the side of the wall portion parallel with the H plane on the E plane coupling window, and magnetically coupled to electromagnetic waves in the TE mode resonator; and another output line provided at the edge on the side of the wall portion parallel with the H plane in the E plane coupling window, and magnetically coupled to the electromagnetic waves.

RF module

A sealing agent for a photoelectric conversion device which comprises one or more of a compound having a glycidyl structure, a compound having a cyclohexene oxide structure, a compound having an oxetane structure and a compound having a vinyl ether structure, and a cationic polymerization initiator; a photoelectric conversion device using the sealing agent; and a solar cell comprising the photoelectric conversion device. The sealing agent for a photoelectric conversion device can be used for pasting together upper and lower electroconductive glass substrates at an ordinary temperature in the manufacture of a photoelectric conversion device, and is excellent with respect to adhesion strength and the reliability in moisture resistance.

Terminal differentiated cells are proliferated by introducing a cyclin and a cyclin dependent kinase into the nucleus of terminal differentiated cells, and then cultivating or holding the cells. A method for proliferating terminal differentiated cells comprising adding a nucleotide sequence coding for a nuclear localization signal to at least one of a cyclin gene and a cyclin dependent kinase gene, and introducing each of the genes to terminal differentiated cells in vitro, and then cultivating the cells, or introducing each of the genes directly to terminal differentiated cells in vivo is provided. The cyclin is a cyclin that can activate CDK4 or CDK6, and the cyclin dependent kinase is a cyclin dependent kinase that is activated by D-type cyclin. The invention also provides a recombinant vector used for such a method or a pharmaceutical composition comprising the vector.
