An OCT signal processing device has an acquisition unit for acquiring three or more OCT signals being temporally different from each other with respect to the same position on a subject, from an OCT device that detects an OCT signal based on reflection light of measurement light applied to a subject and reference light corresponding to the measurement light, and a calculation unit for calculating motion contrast based on a plurality of OCT signals. The calculation unit selects two or more sets of OCT signals having different time interval between the OCT signals among sets obtained by extracting a plurality of OCT signals out of the three or more OCT signals, and calculates motion contrast for each of the selected two or more sets.

An OCT apparatus includes an OCT optical system that has a light splitter splitting light from an OCT light source to light travelling to a measurement light path and light travelling to a reference light path and a detector detecting a spectrum interference signal of measurement light guided to a subject eye through the measurement light path and reference light from the reference light path, and a processing unit that processes the spectrum interference signal to generate OCT data. The processing unit performs at least complementary processing on an overlapping region of a real image and a virtual image in OCT data based on a plurality of OCT data obtained with different optical path lengths when detecting the spectrum interference signal, and generates OCT data subjected to the complementary processing.

The present disclosure relates to an optical coherence tomography (OCT) including: an OCT device, an OCT calculation method, and an OCT calculation program, enabling correlation between images to be easily performed; more specifically it relates to a case where a functional OCT image such as a motion contrast is acquired by using the OCT; acquiring the functional OCT image through a calculation process of an OCT signal is a time-consuming process, for this reason, a long time elapses until the point that a functional OCT image can be observed after OCT imaging is completed, and thus this causes stress to a subject and an examiner; the present disclosure provides an OCT device, an OCT calculation method, and an OCT calculation program, enabling a functional OCT image to be rapidly acquired and enables an examiner to easily perform diagnosis.

A subjective optometry apparatus includes a subjective measurement portion which subjectively measures optical characteristics of an subject eye, an objective measurement portion which objectively measures optical characteristics of the subject eye, a control portion which causes the objective measurement portion to objectively measure the optical characteristics during the measurement by the subjective measurement portion, and a display control portion which performs a control to display an eye diagram representing the subject eye and an imaging position of a target light flux incident on the subject eye. The display control portion performs a control to display the imaging position based on the objectively measured optical characteristics.

A fundus imaging device includes an objective optical system formed of a plurality of eccentrically disposed mirrors, and an SLO optical system and an OCT optical system which irradiate a fundus with light from a light source via the objective optical system and receive fundus reflected light. The fundus imaging device further includes a correction mirror as a part of the objective optical system, or between the objective optical system and the SLO optical system or the OCT optical system. The correction mirror corrects an eccentric aberration which occurs due to eccentric arrangement of the plurality of mirrors.

The subjective optometry apparatus includes objective measurement unit for objectively measuring the optical characteristic of the subject eye, the objective measurement unit including a measurement optical system that emits measurement light to a fundus of the subject eye and receives reflected light of the measurement light. An OCT apparatus includes: a light source unit that includes first and second wavelength sweeping light sources which sequentially emit light with first and second spectrum bandwidths; an SS-OCT optical system that splits the light into measurement light and reference light to receive interference signal light; a second detector that is a deviation detector detecting a phase deviation and a wavelength deviation and detects a signal including pieces of FPN; a calculation processor connecting first and second spectrum interference signals and processes the connected spectrum interference signals to acquire an OCT image and that obtains the phase deviation and the wavelength deviation; and a correction unit that corrects the phase deviation and the wavelength deviation and corrects the phase deviation and the wavelength deviation obtained by the calculation processor.

An ophthalmic imaging device for capturing a tomographic image of an eye, includes: an OCT optical system detecting interference of reference light and measurement light; a measurement optical system including an optical scanner and an objective optical system, the optical scanner being configured to deflect the measurement light to perform scanning with the measurement light; a driver configured to displace a relative position of the optical scanner with respect to the objective optical system in an optical axis direction; and a controller configured to control the driver to adjust a turning position of the measurement light in the optical axis direction. The controller changes the turning position between a first position corresponding to a first depth band of the eye and a second position corresponding to a second depth band of the eye which is different from the first depth band.

An ophthalmic laser surgical apparatus includes an XY scan unit, a light guiding optical element, an objective lens, and a Z scan unit. The XY scan unit includes a deflecting device for deflecting the pulsed laser beam, and scans the pulsed laser beam in a direction crossing an optical axis. The light guiding optical element is provided downstream of the deflecting device on the optical path of the pulsed laser beam. The light guiding optical element has refractive power, and guides the pulsed laser beam. The objective lens causes the pulsed laser beam through the XY scan unit and the light guiding optical element to converge in a tissue of a patient's eye. The Z scan unit varies the optical path length between the light guiding optical element and the objective lens while the objective lens is fixed in position on the optical path.

There is provided an optical coherence tomography device provided with: an OCT optical system configured to output OCT signal; and an analysis processing unit configured to process the OCT signal and generate motion contrast data of the specimen. The analysis processing unit is provided with: a first image data generation unit configured to process multiple OCT signals to generate first image data representing phase difference information of the multiple OCT signals, and a second image data generation unit configured to process the OCT signal to generate second image data representing amplitude information of the OCT signal. An optical coherence tomography device includes an SS-OCT optical system which includes a wavelength swept optical source which sweeps an emission wavelength, an optical splitter which splits an interference signal light caused by interference between a measurement light and a reference light into a first interference signal light and a second interference signal light having a phase difference from the first interference signal light, a balance detector which includes a first detector configured to detect the first interference signal light and a second detector configured to detect the second interference signal light, and which processes detection signals from the first and second detectors to perform balance detection, and an optical member which is disposed between the optical splitter and one of the first detector and the second detector to generate a fixed pattern noise by one of the first interference signal light and the second interference signal light.
