Disclosed are chelates resulting from the complexation of bifunctional do2pa derivatives ligands of formula (I), wherein the substituents R, R, R, R, R, R, L, L, Land Lare defined as in the claims, with metallic cations, especially Pb(II) and Bi(III). Also disclosed are bifunctional do2pa derivatives ligands of formula (I), as well as the use of chelates in nuclear medicine and the use of ligands in cations detection or epuration of effluents.

Bifunctional do2pa derivatives, chelates with metallic cations and use thereof

A ligand of Formula (A): wherein each Rindependently represents a chromophore group; L, Land Leach independently represents a single bond or a linker; and X, Xand Xeach independently represents a hydrogen atom, a coupling function or a bio-vectorizing group. Also, a process for manufacturing the ligand and to a process for manufacturing a chelate by complexation by the ligand of a rare-earth cation, preferably a lanthanide cation. Further, a use of the ligand and/or the chelate in biological imaging and/or photoluminescence imaging.

Pyclen-based macrocyclic ligands, chelates thereof and uses thereof

The present invention relates to compounds, ligands, and/or complexes that are useful in medical imaging and/or in therapy, especially in cancer treatment. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising said compounds, ligands, and/or complexes that are useful for medical imaging, targeting, and/or treatment of cancers. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing these compounds, ligands, and/or complexes.

Macrocylic ligands with picolinate group(s), complexes thereof and also medical uses thereof

The invention relates to a chelate resulting from the complexing of a trans-di-N-picolinate tetraazacycloalkane ligand with a metal cation, said ligand corresponding to formula (A) wherein n is equal to 0 or to 1, R is H or a C1-C18 alkyl radical, and R' is H or a C1-C18 alkyl radical, said metal cation being a cation of a metal selected from the group consisting of lead (II) and bismuth (III). The invention is applicable in the field of lead trapping and alpha-radioimmunotherapy.
