A bolt carrier may be provided. The bolt carrier may comprise a counter-bore, a housing, a cap, and a free-floating mass. The counter-bore may be disposed in the bolt carrier. The housing may be disposed in the counter-bore. The housing may have an interior, a first end, and a second end. The cap may be disposed at the second end of the housing and may be connected to the bolt carrier. The free-floating mass may be slidably disposed in the housing. A length of the free-floating mass may be less than a length of the interior of the housing between the cap and the first end.

A firearm stock may be provided. The firearm stock may comprise a fore-end portion and a pistol grip portion. The fore-end portion may comprise a fore-end portion cavity and a fore-end insert. The fore-end insert may comprise a fore-end insert reinforcing structure disposed in the fore-end portion cavity. The pistol grip portion may comprise a pistol grip portion cavity and a pistol grip insert. The pistol grip insert may comprise a pistol grip insert reinforcing structure disposed in the pistol grip portion cavity.

A bolt may be provided for a bolt carrier. The bolt carrier may comprise a gas inlet, a gas expansion chamber, a bolt bore, and the bolt. The gas expansion chamber that may receive a pressurized gas from the gas inlet. The bolt may be disposed in the bolt bore in the bolt carrier. The bolt may comprise a gas ring groove, a gas ring assembly disposed in the gas ring groove, and at least one gas port. The gas ring assembly may be adjacent to the bolt bore. The at least one gas port may provide a pathway for the pressurized gas from the gas expansion chamber to a volume underneath the gas ring assembly to increase a radial sealing force between the gas ring assembly and the bolt bore.

A firearm receiver assembly is disclosed herein. The firearm receiver assembly includes a receiver having at least two pillar apertures. The firearm receiver assembly also includes a chassis having a top portion, a bottom portion, and a side portion. The receiver is configured to be set within the top portion. The firearm receiver assembly also includes a bottom metal having a top side, a bottom side, a proximate end, and a distal end. More so, the firearm receiver assembly includes at least two integrated pillars extending from the top side of the bottom metal. The at least two integrated pillars are configured to align with the pillar apertures of the receiver.

A bolt stop assembly is disclosed herein. The bolt stop assembly may include a receiver and a bolt. The receiver may include a plurality of channels extending longitudinally to a firearm barrel. The bolt may include a series of lugs on a distal end of the bolt configured to traverse the plurality of channels. The bolt stop assembly may include an aperture adjacent to the breech end of the receiver, and an actuating bolt stop set within the aperture. The actuating bolt stop actuates around a pivot pin within a pin hole set parallel to a longitudinal axis. The actuating bolt stop may include an interior surface where a biasing member is disposed between the interior surface and the receiver.

An assembly for coupling a device to a firearm is disclosed. The device may be a suppressor, flash hider, compensator, or the like. The assembly may include a muzzle brake, a coupling body attached to the muzzle brake, a moveable collar disposed around the coupling body, at least one moveable clamp sandwiched between the coupling body and the moveable collar, a device core attached to the coupling body, and a spring disposed between the device core and the moveable collar.

Systems and methods for coupling suppressors or other muzzle end barrel devices to firearms

A modular charging handle assembly that includes a charging handle body that extends between a bolt engagement end and a pull end. The charging handle body is oriented along a longitudinal axis. The charging handle assembly also includes a base disposed at the pull end of the charging handle body and operatively connected thereto. The base includes a pair of mounting guides set on either side of the longitudinal axis to provide thereby a modular structure. The charging handle assembly also includes a pair of pull grips mateably and releasably secured to the pair of mounting guides to provide ambidextrous operating means.
