A port cannula system for puncturing implantable and implanted port catheters comprises a cannula holder, a cannula secured on the cannula holder and having a cannula tip. The cannula tip can be moved to at least one of a puncture position and a safety position. The port cannula system further includes a feeder connected to the cannula, and at least one support piece connected to the cannula holder for supporting the port cannula system on a patient's skin. The support piece is connected to the cannula holder by a hinge. The hinge permits height compensation, for example, if the patient's skin is not flat in the area of application or if the patient moves. The support piece, in conjunction with the hinge, thus represents a kind of leveling element.

Venous access port

A port for a catheter includes a housing, a chamber arranged in the housing for receiving a medically active substance, a connecting piece for connecting the catheter to produce a flow connection between the chamber and the catheter, and at least one lever, mounted to be pivotable about a pivot axis and realized to allow the catheter to be fitted onto the connecting piece in a first pivot position and to hold the catheter in a clamping manner on the connecting piece in a second pivot position. The at least one lever has different first and second portions. The first portion carries a latching device for latching the at least one lever with the housing and/or with a first portion of a further lever in the second pivot position. The second portion has a clamping device for holding the catheter in the clamping manner in the second pivot position.

A port cannula for puncturing implantable or implanted port catheters includes a cannula tube with a ground surface, which is formed from a ground cut inclined with respect to a center axis of the cannula tube by a ground-cut angle and from two facet cuts lying at an angle to each other, and of a cannula tip which is provided by the ground surface and which is oriented via a first bend in the direction of the center axis of the cannula tube. The ground cut and the facet cut are adapted to each other in such a way that, on the one hand, during puncturing, a bending of the cannula is least reduced and, on the other hand, the pain caused to the patient is kept within an acceptable range.

The present invention relates to a port needle comprising a bearing for resting and fixing the port needle on the patient, a feed, and a needle. This problem is solved according to the invention by a port needle comprising a bearing () for resting the port needle on the patient, a feed (), and a needle () having a tip (), it being possible to bring the needle () into at least two positions, a puncture position and a retracted position, characterized by a safety section (), which shields the tip () of the needle () at least in the retracted position and thus forms a needle-prick protection device.
