A filter element has a filter medium body with a first side and an oppositely positioned second side, wherein one of the first and second sides is the inflow side of the filter medium body and the other one is the outflow side of the filter medium body. A first sealing or supporting element is arranged at the first side. A second sealing or supporting element is arranged at the second side. At least one force-transmitting adhesive bead extends between the first side and the second side, wherein the at least one adhesive bead is a force transmitting element extending between the first and second sealing or supporting elements.

Filter element, in particular for gas filtration

A filter element for a filter for filtration of a fluid is insertable along an insertion direction into the filter. The filter element is provided with a filter medium to be flowed through along a main flow direction. The filter element has a clean side and a raw side. A sealing surface surrounds the filter medium, wherein the sealing surface, interacting with a filter housing of the filter when the filter element is in an installed state in the filter housing, separates the clean side from the raw side. A support edge exerts a force on the sealing surface by interacting with the filter housing of the filter when the filter element is in the installed state in the filter housing. The sealing surface and the support edge are positioned at an acute angle relative to each other.

Filter element with an oblique sealing plane

A filter element has a filter medium body with a first side and an oppositely positioned second side. A first sealing or supporting element is arranged at the first side. A second sealing or supporting element is arranged at the second side. The first side is positioned in a plane. The second side has a first section and a second section, wherein the first section has a first spacing relative to the first side and the second section has a second spacing relative to the first side, wherein the first and second spacings are different. One of the first and second sides is the inflow side of the filter medium body and the other one of the first and second sides is the outflow side of the filter medium body.

A catheter device having a shaft that extends from a proximal end to a distal end to carry on its distal end a self-expanding implant for intraluminal advance on a guidewire and delivery of the implant to an implant site by proximal withdrawal of a sheath that lies radially outside the implant in the catheter, the catheter including a first shaft element to pull the sheath proximally and a second shaft element to push the implant distally to prevent the implant moving proximally with the sheath when the sheath is pulled proximally, wherein the second shaft element carries a stopper for abutting the implant, the stopper including proximal and distal portions having different radiopacities.

Catheter device

The invention provides a delivery system for a prosthesis, said delivery system comprising a catheter shaft with a distal end, a proximal end and a longitudinal axis, a space for a prosthesis with a distal end and a proximal end, the space being at the distal end of the catheter shaft, a sheath with a proximal end and a distal end, the sheath being disposed at the distal end of the catheter shaft so as to surround the space, a pusher element attached to the distal end of the catheter shaft and arranged at the proximal end of the space for abutting prosthesis, a pull element with a longitudinal axis, the pull element running the length of the catheter shaft and having a distal end attached to the proximal end of the sheath and a proximal end for pulling the pull element proximally, thereby retracting the sheath proximally relative to the prosthesis space, and at least one fixation element having a proximal end and a distal end and being disposed within a flexible portion of the length of the shaft that lies between the proximal end of the sheath and the proximal end of the catheter shaft. The fixation element serves to limit a radial distance between the axis of the pull element outside the shaft and the axis of the catheter shaft along the length of the fixation element whenever a tensile stress in the pull element results in an endwise compressive stress on the shaft and a tendency of the shaft to bow, relative to the pull element.

A cyclone separator for separating liquid and/or solid particles from a fluid is provided with three or more cyclone cells that each have a cell pipe provided with a guiding device. The guiding devices cause the fluid to rotate and to separate the particles from the fluid by the rotation of the fluid. The cell pipes each have a particle exit opening for letting out the particles that have been separated by rotation from the fluid. One or more particle outlets are provided to discharge from the cyclone separator the particles that have exited from the cell pipes.

The invention provides a delivery system for a prosthesis, said delivery system comprising a catheter shaft with a distal end, a proximal end and a longitudinal axis, a space for a prosthesis with a distal end and a proximal end, the space being at the distal end of the catheter shaft, a sheath with a proximal end and a distal end, the sheath being disposed at the distal end of the catheter shaft so as to surround the space, a pusher element attached to the distal end of the catheter shaft and arranged at the proximal end of the space for abutting prosthesis, a pull element with a longitudinal axis, the pull element reaming the length of the catheter shaft and having a distal end attached to the proximal end of the sheath and a proximal end for pulling the pull element proximally, thereby retracting the sheath proximally relative to the prosthesis space, and at least one fixation element having a proximal end and a distal end and being disposed within a flexible portion of the length of the shaft that lies between the proximal end of the sheath and the proximal end of the catheter shaft. The fixation element serves to limit a radial distance between the axis of the pull element outside the shaft and the axis of the catheter shaft along the length of the fixation element whenever a tensile stress in the pull element results in an endwise compressive stress on the shaft and a tendency of the shaft to bow, relative to the pull element.

A cyclone separator has a cyclone arrangement with individual cyclones each provided with a cell tube and guide device. The guide device causes a gas stream passing through the cell tube to rotate. At least one particle discharge is positioned perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis of the cyclone separator and discharges separated particles that have been separated from the gas stream in the cyclone arrangement. The cell tubes, for a targeted discharge of the separated particles, each have at least one particle outlet opening that is facing the particle discharge. The particle outlet openings of at least some of the individual cyclones, neighboring each other in the direction of a first perpendicular line that is perpendicular relative to the longitudinal axis of the cyclone separator, are displaced relative to each other in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the cyclone separator.

Cyclone separator

A cyclone separator has individual cyclones each provided with a cell tube with a guide device that causes a gas stream passing through the cell tube to rotate. A particle discharge is positioned perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis of the cyclone separator and discharges particles separated from the gas stream. The discharge direction of the separated particle is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cyclone separator and is oriented toward the particle discharge. The individual cyclones include at least four individual cyclones that are arranged such that a connecting line, connecting of these four individual cyclones those individual cyclones that are neighboring each other at a minimal spacing, respectively, forms a diamond, wherein the sides of the diamond are positioned at an angle of 30 to 60 degrees relative to discharge direction.
