A laminate consists of a layer A of a polyolefin, reinforced with from 10 to 50% of glass fiber mats, and a metal layer D, which are bonded to one another by means of a mechanically adhesion-promoting layer B and an adhesive layer C. The adhesive is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, preferably having a melting range of from 110.degree. to 250.degree. C. Reinforced cellular or noncellular molded polyurethane parts are prepared by heating a mixture of reinforcing materials and a heat-curable composition of polyisocyanates and polyols in an open or closed mold, said composition being storage-stable at room temperature and containing, optionally, auxiliaries and additives. In said composition, the polyisocyanate is dispersed in the form of discreet particles having particle diameters from 0.1 to 150 .mu.m in the polyol and the polyisocyanate particles are deactivated on their surfaces such that from 0.01 to 20 equivalent percent of the total available isocyanate groups are deactivated and such that the ratio of free isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups is from 0.7:1 to 2.5:1. A process for the preparation of finely divided polyolefin molding materials from 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin and from 0.01 to 30 parts by weight of an electrically conductive additive, with or without other additives, wherein the mixture of the finely divided polyolefin particles and the electrically conductive additives is brought to the crystallite melting point of the polyolefin by the heating effect of the mixing action, and is then brought to a temperature which is from 3.degree. to 40.degree. The invention concerns laminates comprising a filled polyolefin layer and a thermoplastic decorative layer, a process for the preparation of these laminates and the use of the laminates for the production of moldings. Between the outer, polyolefin, layer and the decorative layer the novel laminates contain an adhesion-providing layer comprising a fiber-blend web or fabric containing two or more fusible types of fibers, of which one type welds to one of the outer layers to give a good bond, and another type welds to the other outer layer. If one outer layer of the laminate is a polyolefin, one of the fibers of the web can be polypropylene, and if the other outer layer is PVC, one of the fibers can be PVC. The preferred embodiment is a laminate of polypropylene and PVC, with the web or fabric consisting of polypropylene fibers and PVC fibers.

Thermoplastics reinforced with glass fiber mats contain from 10 to 60% by weight of such mats and from 5 to 60% by weight of a finely divided inert filler, the sum of the percentages by weight of glass fiber mats and filler being not greater than 70% by weight. The inert filler is a talc, having a foliated crystalline structure, which has a mean flake thickness of not more than 5 .mu.m and a ratio of mean flake diameter to mean flake thickness of from 5:1 to 500:1. When processing the thermoplastic filled with talc and glass fiber mats, homogeneous impregnation of the glass fiber mats with the filled thermoplastic is achieved.
