A hybrid module for a powertrain of a motor vehicle includes a rotational axis defining an axial direction, a housing, first and second support bearings, an intermediate shaft, a separating clutch, and a sensor device. The intermediate shaft is mounted by the first support bearing and the second support bearing to be rotatable relative to the housing about the rotational axis. The distribution unit has a transmission device and first and second generators that are configured to be controlled independently of one another for torque distribution. The first planetary transmission section has a first planet carrier arranged on a second shaft. The second planetary transmission section has a second planet carrier arranged on a fifth shaft. The coupling section is for coupling the second shaft and the fifth shaft such that they are supported against one another in at least one operating mode. The first planetary transmission section and the second planetary transmission section are arranged coaxially with respect to one another.

A method for determining the temperature of the clutch in the hybrid drive includes the steps of: determining a temperature of the clutch; determining a temperature of the clutch housing; determining the temperature difference between the clutch and the clutch housing; determining the heat conductivity between the clutch and the clutch housing, wherein the heat conductivity is determined as a function of the rotational speed of the first drive motor and the rotational speed of the second drive motor; determining the heat flow between the clutch and the clutch housing on the basis of the product of the heat conductivity and the temperature difference; and adjusting the ascertained clutch temperature on the basis of the ascertained heat flow.

A plate-link chain for a motor vehicle drive system including conical pulleys. The chain includes a number of link plates hingedly connected with each other by rocker members. The rocker members extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the chain and within openings in the link plates. The rocker members and link plates bear against each other along curved contact surfaces to transmit power. Rocker member pairs roll against each other on facing curved rolling surfaces at a contact point that moves from an upper area above the center of mass of the rocker member cross section to a lower area below it. The ratio of the distance from the end of the upper area to the center of mass and the distance from the end of the lower area to the center of mass lies in a range of from about 1.1 to about 2.

Plate-link chain

A plate-link chain for a motor vehicle drive system. The chain includes a plurality of link plates articulatingly connected with each other by rocker members. The rocker members extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the plate-link chain. The chain includes curved contact surfaces formed on the rocker members and on the link plates, along which the rocker members and link plates are in contact with each other to transmit force. The respective contact surfaces have a width that extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the plate-link chain, and when considered in a side view running transversely to the width and in the longitudinal direction of the plate-link chain, they have an arc length. The contact surfaces have at least three regions along the arc length with different curvatures.

Plate-link chain, particularly for a motor vehicle drive system

A drive train of a motor vehicle with an internal combustion engine, a torque converter and a transmission, wherein a separation clutch is provided between the internal combustion engine and the torque converter. In order to be able to perform a creeping process at a certain creeping velocity, the separation clutch is operated slipping. This way, the gearing of the startup process can be configured long, even when using a so-called hard torque converter, without having to tolerate a creeping velocity, which is too high.

A plate-link chain, in particular a toothed plate-link chain, made up of a plurality of plates that form sets of plates which are connected to neighboring sets of plates with a hinged connection. One rocker member of a hinged connection is connected to the plates of a set of plates through a connection opening, and two rocker members of neighboring sets of plates form the hinged connection. The rocker members can roll against each other at a roller profile, and the set of plates includes at least one guide plate. The rocker member includes a guide profile that is connected to a rocker profile through a first connecting profile and a second connecting profile. The guide plate has at least one connection opening which has an undercut or recess in the region of the first and/or second connecting profile.

A method for altering the coupling torque of a coupling in the drive train of a vehicle with an automatic gearbox and/or automatic coupling in a creep drive mode of a vehicle. According to the invention, the coupling torque is altered according to at least one variable, the parameter of the vehicle describing the creep drive mode thereof.
