A wave power system for extracting energy from water waves, The wave power system includes a basic structure comprising at least one straight track section; at least one effector movably engaged with said basic structurer and adapted for being moved by water waves along said straight track section in a travelling length between two stop locations; and an energy harvesting arrangement arranged for harvesting energy from said relative movements between said energy collector and said basic structurer. The effector includes a backbone structure comprising at least one support shaft having a support shaft axis. At least one winglet comprising a compliant portion is rooted to the support shaft and is turnable between operation modes comprising an acceleration mode an intermediate mode and a deceleration mode relative to the support shaft axis.

Wave power system

The present invention relates to a wave power device for extracting energy from water waves. The waver power device comprise a reference structure and effectors moving relative to the reference structure. The effectors are connected to two hydraulic rams, symmetrically positioned around each effector. The hydraulic rams have an effective hydraulic area which is stepwise increased as the length of the hydraulic rams are compressed and stepwise increased as the length of the hydraulic rams are increased.

According to an embodiment of the invention, an ostomy appliance coupling system is disclosed. The system comprises a wafer part having a rise extending away from a body surface to form a guide means and a shallow landing zone; a pouch part having a guide adapted to engage with the landing zone in a desired location relative to the guide means; and an adhesive layer recessed within the guide and adapted to adhere to the landing zone.

An air shot or priming mechanism for an injection pen. The injection pen comprises a cartridge-holder and a housing. The cartridge-holder interacts with a nut-member capable of driving the piston rod forward when relatively rotated. The cartridge-holder is rotational coupled to the housing such that rotation of the cartridge-holder relatively to the housing causes the nut-member and the piston rod to rotate relatively, thus the relative angular rotation between the cartridge-holder and the housing determines the size of the air shot so performed.

The needle magazine comprises a first opening adapted to receive the device fluid access portion () of a medical delivery device. Each needle () is selectively moveable from a respective storage position not aligned with said first opening into a needle mounting position aligned with said first opening. The needle magazine further comprises needle positioning means (). configured to alter the mutual position between a needle selected from said plurality of needles () relative to a neighbor needle when said selected needle moves from its storage position to the needle mounting position.

The present invention concerns a prefilled injection device having a container and a dose setting mechanism encapsulated inside the housing. The housing is made from two parts which are locked together by a bayonet coupling: In addition to the bayonet coupling, the two parts are also provided with irreversible locking means locking the two parts permanently together.
