An electromechanical brake pressure generator for a hydraulic braking system of a vehicle. The brake pressure generator has a spindle drive unit for converting an input-drive-side rotational motion into a translational motion for piston actuation of a hydraulic piston/cylinder unit. A multi-stage gear linkage is disposed between the spindle drive unit and an electric drive motor. The gear linkage encompasses a planetary gearset unit driven by a motor pinion constituting a sun gear, the output-drive-side ring gear of which unit drives the spindle drive unit. A motor shaft of the electric drive motor extends in adjacently parallel fashion next to a spindle drive shaft of the spindle drive unit.

An electromechanical brake pressure generator for a hydraulic braking system of a vehicle. The electromechanical brake booster includes at least one gear for transferring a torque of the electric motor for brake pressure generation. The gear in this case includes a planetary carrier for supporting planetary wheels, planetary wheels pins which are connected to the planetary carrier and on which the planetary wheels are rotatably fastenable, and a pinion for transferring a drive torque or output torque, which is rotatably fixedly connected to the planetary carrier at a side thereof opposite the planetary wheel pins. At least the part of the planetary carrier that includes the planetary wheel pins is materially integrally formed with the latter from the same material.

The electromechanically drivable brake pressure generator includes an electric motor for generating a input speed, a planetary gear set that is driven by the electric motor on the input side to decrease a gear ratio of the input speed, and a hydraulic module that is connected to the planetary gear set on the output side to generate a brake pressure. The planetary gear set includes stepped planets that are connected to a sun wheel of the planetary gear set on the input side and to an output component of the planetary gear set on the output side.

Electromechanically drivable brake pressure generator

An electromechanical brake pressure generator for a hydraulic braking system of a vehicle, including at least one threaded drive system. The system includes a hydraulic piston, a spindle and a spindle nut, which cooperate via a thread, and includes an electromotive drive, via which the spindle and the spindle nut are rotatable relative to one another. The hydraulic piston of the piston/cylinder unit at least partially radially surrounds the spindle and the spindle nut, the hydraulic piston being accommodated in a hydraulic cylinder of the piston/cylinder unit. An anti-twist protection is formed by a recess extending in the axial direction and forming a sliding surface, and by a sliding element protruding into the recess. The sliding element rests against a planar contact area of the sliding surface so that the hydraulic piston is secured against twisting and is axially displaceable by a rotation of the spindle or the spindle nut.
