The invention relates to a method for predicting an allocation of processing resources provided by a cloud computing module () to process a data set based on a predefined processing task. Input parameters are detected, the input parameters containing information about at least the data set to be processed by the cloud computing module and the processing task to be carried out on the data set. A model is selected from a plurality of different models provided in a model database (), each model providing a relationship between the data set processing task and a predicted allocation of the processing resources. The allocation of the processing resources is predicted based on the selected model and based on the input parameters.

Resource prediction for cloud computing

An electronic circuit comprising an ACRF comprising an active component, an energy storage unit, an input port and an output port. The electronic circuit comprises a control unit to control the ACRF. A detector detects a short circuit at the input port or the absence of an energy supply at the input port. A method and apparatus for providing labelling information to a third party regarding terminal users in a communication network. A labelling unit receives communication related data generated from executed communications of the terminal users, and fetches stored labelling rules which have been configured specifically for the third party. The labelling unit then converts the communication related data into labelling information, where a communication habits vector is determined by applying the fetched labelling rules on the received communication related data, and the labelling information is determined for the terminal user(s) based on the resulting communication habits vector. The determined labelling information is finally delivered to the third party.

In a method realization, the technique comprises providing a data structure representative of user terminals and of inter-terminal relationships derived from one or more communication parameters pertaining to communications between the user terminals. The invention relates to a method, device () in a network node of a communication network (N) and computer program products for determining deviating behavior of a user terminal (). According to the invention the device () obtains a first group of event data sets (EDS) and a second group of event data sets (EDS, EDS), where each group includes at least one event data set. Each event data set in the first group includes user terminal generated event data related to events in a specific user terminal () and each event data set in the second group includes network generated event data related to the specific user terminal.
