A fitting for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, includes a first fitting part and a second fitting part, which are rotatable relative to one another and which are in geared connection with one another by a ring gear and a gear wheel which meshes with the ring gear. The fitting also includes a cam which is driven by a driver and revolves in the circumferential direction in order to drive a relative rolling movement of the gear wheel and the ring gear. The driver is mounted with a clearance and/or the cam is mounted on a collar of the second fitting part. The collar has a flange on the free end thereof. The end face of the flange forms an axial support surface for the driver. The flange includes a groove in the support surface.

Fitting for a vehicle seat and method for producing same

A fitting for a vehicle seat is disclosed, in particular for a motor vehicle seat. First and second fitting parts are geared with one another via a meshing gearwheel and gear rim. A peripheral eccentric is driven by a drive element for driving a relative rolling movement of the gearwheel and the gear rim, and the first fitting part receives the eccentric which is supported on the second fitting part. A blocking element blocks the eccentric in the non-driven state of the fitting via toothing on the first fitting part, and releases the eccentric when driven. The gear rim is formed on the first fitting part and the gearwheel is formed on the second fitting part.

The invention relates to a fitting for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, comprises a first fitting part and a second fitting part that can be rotated with respect to each other, a clip ring that is fixed to the first fitting part for holding both fitting parts axially together by an outer ring section and engaging the second fitting part by an inner annular section, and stops that define the limits of the relative rotation of both fitting parts and that comprise at least one limiting stop embodied as a clip ring and at least one locking stop joined to the second fitting part such that the limiting stop protrudes outwards from outside of the annular section of the clip ring, and the limiting stop is provided on a structural part secured to the second fitting part.

A fitting for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, includes a first fitting part, on which a ring gear is formed, a second fitting part, on which a gear is formed. The gear meshes with the ring gear, whereby the two fitting parts are in transmission connection with each other. It also includes a rotatably supported eccentric for driving a relative rolling motion of the gear and the ring gear, wherein the eccentric rotates in the circumferential direction and is driven by a carrier. An installation space is provided between the first fitting part and the second fitting part, wherein a separating ring is arranged in the installation space. The separating ring divides the installation space into an outer installation space, and an inner installation space.

For a fitting for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, comprising a first fitting part and a second fitting part, which are in a transmission connection with each other by means of a spur gear and a ring gear, which mesh with each other, and comprising a rotating eccentric driven by a carrier for driving a relative rolling motion of the spur gear and the ring gear, wherein the first fitting part accommodates the eccentric, which is supported on the second fitting part, the fitting is associated with one of at least two load classes and comprises components that are parameterized in regard to the associated load class and components that are carry-over parts for all load classes, wherein the fitting parts are parameterized components and the eccentric is one of the carry-over parts.

A fitting for a vehicle seat includes a first fitting part, a second fitting part, and an eccentric, which is rotatably supported and is driven by a carrier and rotates in the circumferential direction, for driving a relative rolling motion of a spur gear and a ring gear. The eccentric has two wedge segments, which each have a convexly curved outer surface, a concavely curved inner surface, and two lateral surfaces. The lateral surfaces have a distance from each other and the inner surface and/or outer surface has a width that is less than the distance, and a transition area, which reduces the local axial dimension of the particular wedge segment from the distance to the width, is provided between at least one of the two lateral surfaces and the inner surface or the outer surface.

The drive output wheel is provided with a core () which is rotatable about the core axis (K). The core () has a shaft receptacle () for a drive shaft () with a shaft axis (W) as central axis. The core axis (K) and the shaft axis (W) are offset in parallel by an eccentricity.

The two fitting parts () are in a transmission connection with each other. A rotatably supported rotating eccentric () drives a relative rolling motion of the gear () and of the ring gear () and is driven by a carrier forming a driver (). A bearing () for the eccentric () is arranged on the edge () of a receptacle () of one of the two fitting parts (), wherein the edge () of the receptacle () is partially extended along the circumference of the edge by means of individual axial projections ().

The eccentric is driven by a carrier (), wherein the eccentric () is rotatably supported in a collar (), which is associated with one of the two fitting parts (), or in a bushing () sitting in said collar () in a rotationally fixed manner. A blocking element () for the eccentric () is operative at least at times between the eccentric () and the bushing (). The bushing () has teeth () pointing radially outward and the blocking element (), which surrounds the bushing () annularly, has at least one, in particular two, tooth segments () pointing radially inward for interacting with the teeth ().

In the case of a fitting () for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, having a first fitting part (), a second fitting part () in geared connection with the first fitting part (), and a rotatably mounted eccentric () driven by a driver () to cause relative rolling between the first fitting part () and the second fitting part (), a securing-ring () is clipped on a hub () of the driver () and surrounds a bead () of the hub (), wherein the bead () has a non-constant radius.

A fitting () for a vehicle seat comprises a first fitting part () and a second fitting part (), which may rotate relative to each other in a circumferential direction, and which form a disc-shaped unit; a clamping ring () that holds the disc-shaped unit together by engaging radially outwardly over the first fitting part () and by being fixed to the second fitting part (); and a group of internal stopper elements () which limit the relative rotation between the first fitting part () and the second fitting part (). Each of the first fitting part () and the clamping ring () has at least one internal stopper element of the group of internal stopper elements ().

In the case of a fitting () for a vehicle seat, in particular for a motor vehicle seat, having a first fitting part (), a second fitting part () in geared connection with the first fitting part (), and a rotatably mounted eccentric () driven by a driver () to cause relative rolling between the first fitting part () and the second fitting part (), the first fitting part () and the second fitting part () together form a disc-shaped unit held together by a clamping ring (), and a third fitting part () can be both pivoted relative to the first fitting part () and locked with respect to the first fitting part ().

A first fitting and a second fitting are driven by a common drive shaft. Each of the fittings has a first fitting part and a second fitting part that are connected to one another by a gear mechanism so that there can be a rolling movement of the second fitting part on the first fitting part, with an angle defined between the fitting parts being changed by the rolling movement. Each of the fittings has a driver rotatably mounted in its first fitting part and driving an eccentric arranged so that rotation of the driver causes the rolling movement of the second fitting part on the first fitting part, when the driver is driven by the drive shaft. A stopper is mounted on the first fitting for limiting the angle between the fitting parts. The driver of the first fitting is made of a material with a high mechanical strength and the driver of the second fitting is made of a material with a lower mechanical strength.
