A ground assembly for an inductive charging device for inductively charging a motor vehicle parked on a subsurface is disclosed. The ground assembly includes a baseplate that extends transversely to a gap direction, a coil that includes at least one coil winding spaced apart from the baseplate in the gap direction, a core assembly spaced apart in the gap direction from the baseplate and the coil, and a mounting support for holding the core assembly. The mounting support includes a support structure that is spaced apart from the baseplate in the gap direction and positions at least one core body of the core assembly.

Ground assembly for an inductive charging device

A cooling device for an electromagnetic induction charging device for inductive charging of a motor vehicle with electrical energy. The cooling device may include a housing, an air path, a coolant path, a heat exchanger, and a fan. The housing may include an upper housing shell and a lower housing shell, which may surround a housing interior. The heat exchanger and the fan may be arranged in the housing interior. The air path and the coolant path may be arranged in the housing interior fluidically separated from one another. The coolant path and the air path may be directed through the heat exchanger such that, in the heat exchanger, heat is transferrable from coolant in the coolant path to air in the air path. The fan may be arranged upstream of the heat exchanger in the air path.

Cooling device and electromagnetic induction charging device

A ground assembly for an inductive charging device for inductively charging a motor vehicle parked on a surface may include a base plate, a flat coil, a core body, a lower hollow space, a support, and a heat-conducting jacket. The base plate may be formed as a cooling plate. The flat coil may include a helically wound conductor. The flat coil may be arranged spaced apart from the base plate. The lower hollow space may be defined between the core body and the base plate. The support may be disposed between the core body and the base plate, and may extend through the lower hollow space. The heat-conducting jacket may connect the core body and the base plate in a heat-transmitting manner, and may surround the at least one support in a jacket-like manner.

An inductive charging device for an electrically operated vehicle includes a housing, at least one induction coil and at least one magnetic conductor each arranged at least partially in the housing, and a supporting structure arranged at least partly in the housing. The housing includes a bottom and a cover. The support structure includes a first structure portion and a second structure portion. The second structure portion lies at least partly against a cover portion of the cover.

Inductive charging device

The application relates to thermoelectric temperature control units, for example for controlling the temperature of an energy storage device in a motor vehicle. An exemplary embodiment comprises a Peltier element, having a first and a second surface, wherein the second surface is substantially adjacent or opposite to the first. The first surface is connected in a thermally conductive manner to a first and/or second flow duct, through which a fluid can flow. The second surface is connected in a thermally conductive manner to a heat-producing element, wherein the first flow duct is in fluid communication at one of the ends thereof with a first header, and the second flow duct is in fluid communication at one of the ends thereof with a second header, and the first flow duct and the second flow duct are in fluid communication at the respective second ends thereof with a common reversing header.

Thermoelectric temperature control unit

A thermoelectric temperature control unit having at least one first Peltier element, which includes a first surface and a second surface, wherein the first surface is disposed adjoining or opposite the second surface, wherein the first surface of the Peltier element is connected to a first cover plate and the second surface is connected to a second cover plate, wherein heat can be supplied at least via one of the cover plates and dissipated via the other cover plate, wherein at least one of the cover plates has a variable material thickness along one or both of the extension directions thereof, whereby at least one region having a maximal material thickness and one region having a minimal material thickness are formed.

A thermoelectric temperature control unit with a first Peltier element and a second Peltier element, each of which has a first surface and a second surface, whereby the first surface is arranged adjacent or opposite to the second surface, whereby the Peltier elements are each connected with the first surface to a first cover plate and are connected with the respective second surface to a second cover plate, whereby heat can be supplied at least via one of the cover plates and heat can be removed via the other cover plate, whereby the first and/or the second cover plate have an expansion joint and/or a spring structure.

Device for cooling a heat source of a motor vehicle

A device for cooling a vehicle battery is provided that includes a plurality of electrical storage elements, and a cooling element having ducts for a fluid to flow through, wherein the electrical storage elements are in thermal contact with the cooling elements and heat can be transmitted from the storage elements to the fluid, and wherein the cooling element which comprises the ducts is embodied as at least one extruded profile.

Device for cooling a vehicle battery

A device for cooling a vehicle battery is provided that includes a plurality of electric storage elements, and a cooling body being flowed through by a coolant fluid, wherein at least one of the electric storage elements is fixed at least on one cooling plate in thermal contact, and wherein the cooling plate is connected to the cooling body so that heat may be transferred from the storage element to the fluid, wherein the cooling plate has a planar mechanical connection to the cooling body.

A device for storing electrical energy is provided, especially for a motor vehicle. The device includes at least one rechargeable storage cell and a cooling unit which is in thermal contact with the storage cell. The storage cell is accommodated in a retaining element and is in thermal contact with the retaining element, mating molded sections on the retaining element and the cooling unit mechanically interconnecting the retaining element and the cooling unit in a self-locking manner.

An apparatus for the electrical connection of cell arresters is provided. The apparatus having a first contact element having a first guide device and a second guide device, the first guide device being designed to rest against a first cell arrester and the second guide device being designed to rest against a second cell arrester. The apparatus also comprises a second contact element having at least one first holding device and at least one second holding device, the at least one first holding device being designed to surround the first guide device and the first cell arrester and the at least one second holding device being designed to surround the second guide device and the second cell arrester.
