A limiting plate of a road paver is detachably attached to a traverse or to a chassis of the road paver to increase the basic working width. The limiting plate is arranged with variable spacing to a subgrade. In order to prevent a mix from flowing forwards in a direction of travel and at the same time improve the efficiency of a screw conveyor, in which a geometrically defined screw trough is formed, a limiting plate extension is arranged on the limiting plate so that it can be adjusted, particularly in the direction of the subgrade.

A road finisher includes an undercarriage, a chassis, a hopper, a paving screed, and a lifting device for lifting the chassis relative to the undercarriage at least in a rear region of the road finisher. A locking element can be moved by a locking element actuator between a locked state, in which the locking element mechanically locks the chassis at a predefined transport height relative to the undercarriage, and a release state, in which the mechanical locking of the chassis is released at the transport height.

A road finisher including an undercarriage, a chassis, a hopper, a paving screed, and a lifting device for lifting the chassis relative to the undercarriage at least in a rear region of the road finisher. The lifting device comprises a rocker mounted rotatably around an undercarriage rotational axis at an undercarriage-side bearing surface and rotatably around a chassis rotational axis at a chassis-side bearing surface. The lifting device further comprises a length-variable adjustment member connecting a chassis-side link point to a rocker-side link point and configured to change a distance between the chassis-side link point and the rocker-side link point by changing its length to selectively lift or lower the chassis relative to the undercarriage. A distance between the chassis rotation axis and the undercarriage rotation axis is greater than a distance between the chassis rotation axis and the chassis-side bearing surface.

A road finisher includes a lifting device which is designed to lift the chassis relative to the undercarriage at least in a rear region of the road finisher. The road finisher further comprises a material deflector, which can be pivoted relative to the chassis, and that is arranged between the two traction tracks.

A road finishing machine comprises a chassis, a screw bearing arrangement for receiving a spreading screw, and first and second perforated supports at the chassis to fix the screw bearing arrangement to the chassis. The first and the second perforated supports each comprise first and second hole patterns to fix different screw bearing arrangements to the road finishing machine by means of the first hole pattern or by means of the second hole pattern.

A transverse spreading arrangement for a road finishing machine includes spreading screws that work in opposite directions, a screw suspension that holds both spreading screws, and two screw bearing brackets that are each allocated to an outer end of a spreading screw. Each screw bearing bracket comprises a closed tube which is at least partially made of wear-resistant steel.

The invention relates to a road making machine with a running gear and at least one material deflector which is arranged in front of the running gear in the driving direction and which can be pivoted up and lowered. The road making machine includes a control system by means of which an operator can choose at least between a laying operating mode and a transport operating mode. The control system is adapted to automatically completely pivot the material deflector up in the transport operating mode, and to let the operator adjust the pivot position of the material deflector manually in the laying operating mode.
