A nickel-base alloy for high-temperature applications, preferably for gas turbines, and a process. A selective choice of alloy elements permits the provision of an alloy which can be used to produce components devoid of cracking.

Nickel-based alloy for high-temperature applications, and method

A production method for a component having integrated channels for internal fluid guidance, having a first region, which is connected to a second region, and wherein the channels extend both through the first region and through the second region. The geometry of the component is modified to the technological characteristics of both production methods. The first region is produced by a method for casting using lost models without undercuts, and proceeding from the first region, the second region is built up using an additive manufacturing method.

Production method for a component having integrated channels and component

The disclosure relates to a powder and a method for generating a component by a powder-bed-based additive manufacturing method, such as laser melting. The powder includes particles having a core and a shell. The particles have an alloy composition of the component. The concentration of higher-melting alloy elements is greater in the shell and the concentration of lower-melting alloy elements is greater in the core, wherein the surface of the particles is higher in comparison with particles with a constant alloy composition. This advantageously prevents the particles from caking together in the powder bed during the production of the component, and so the powder bed may also be subjected to high preheating temperatures of up to 1000&#xb0; C.

Method for generating a component by a power-bed-based additive manufacturing method and powder for use in such a method

A component is produced in layers by laser melting. A molten pool is created in a bed of powder by a working laser beam. Further auxiliary laser beams are set to a power density that merely slows down the cooling of the material in one zone, but do not cause any renewed melting. In this way, the cooling rate of the microstructure can be set so that an advantageous structural formation develops. This allows for example the mechanical properties of the component produced to be advantageously improved without downstream heat treatments.

Method for laser melting with at least one working laser beam

A method for creating a blade () for a turbo-engine and such a blade are disclosed. Components () of the blade are produced by an additive production method such as selective laser melting or fusion, while a main body () is produced by casting, for example. The blade components () may consist of a different material than the basic body (). The components or body may carry functions such as serving as drainage slots (). Expense related to the use of additive production methods occurs only for the components () in which a complicated geometry, for example, must be implemented. The remaining components in the form of the main body (), comprising the blade (), the blade foot () and the blade head (), can be cost-effectively implemented as a cast part or a sheet metal part.

Method for creating a blade for a flow engine and blade for a flow force engine

A method and a device perform selective laser sintering. In the method for laser sintering, energy is applied linearly to a cross-sectional surface of the component to be produced in order to compact the powdery material. In the case of components with cross-sectional surfaces that have a curved contour, the application of energy can be guided in a line-shaped manner following the curved contour so that the contour of the workpiece that develops is continuously replicated. Advantageously, irregularities in the contour, which are caused by the raster predetermined by the laser sintering method, can thus be largely avoided. The device for laser sintering includes a powder delivery unit which can rotate about a rotational axis located in the interior of an annularly closed cross-section of the workpiece to be produced.

Method for selective laser sintering and system for selective laser sintering suitable for said method

The invention relates to an electric machine () comprising a stator () and a rotor (), wherein the rotor () comprises a hollow shaft (), wherein a closed hollow space () is formed by means of the hollow shaft (), wherein the closed hollow space () is provided for receiving a cooling agent, wherein a three-dimensional transport structure () is provided in the closed hollow chamber () for transporting the cooling agent. The three-dimensional structure can, for example, be produced by means of applying an adaptive material.

Electrical machine

A method for producing a scattered radiation grid or collimator which, for an incident radiation type, has transmissive regions and nontransmissive regions of predeterminable geometry. First the geometry of the transmissive and the nontransmissive regions of the scattered radiation grid or collimator is set. On the basis of this geometry, a base body is constructed according to the geometry, optionally differing by a particular layer thickness, of the transmissive regions or the nontransmissive regions by a rapid prototyping technique through layer-wise solidification of a structural material under the action of radiation. On the basis of this base body, the scattered radiation grid or collimator is finally completed.
