The present invention relates to an equipment in the field of hygiene article manufacturing, in particular to a hygiene article recycling unit for disintegrating and separating hygiene articles allowing to separate raw materials at a purity allowing to directly use it in the manufacturing process of the hygiene articles. The recycling unit comprised several devices as sub-units. The present invention further relates to a process for operating such an equipment.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method of applying a single SAP (Super Adsorbent Polymer) type granules or multiple SAP types at high speed in a continuous or intermittent 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional profile via volumetric or gravimetric metering onto a receiving system such as a carrier layer and/or into an air stream for use in an absorbent article, particularly diapers for babies or adults, training pants, pull-up diapers (diaper pants), sanitary napkins, panty liners or the like. These articles typically comprise of a carrier layer with the SAP particles and/or a mixed SAP and fiber core together with further layers, making up the complete article.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method of cleaning particle loaded 'dirty' air using a multi flow-splitter technology in combination with at least one cyclone system which requires minimal energy to operate due to low pressure drops used to generate the fluid flows whilst allowing to exert high centrifugal or G-Force on the infeed fluid stream. A manufacturing method for customized fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) comprising the production of the customized goods in a main production process stream or a side stream. The method further comprises temporarily storing the customized goods in a side stream process and subsequently re-inserting said goods into the main production process stream. The customized goods may be finally packaged in a dedicated pack or in a pack that also contains non-customized goods. Process and apparatus capable to remove particles from a fluid stream (such as air or water) and directly convert the removed particles into a solid compact format commonly known as briquettes in a standalone combined single unit operation. Active processes within the apparatus actively control the dust thereby allowing a variety of particles to be processes irrespective of moisture content and surface adhesive characteristics.
