A connector position assurance (CPA) for ensuring the contact position of a plug housing on a mating plug housing includes a housing configured to be pushed onto the plug housing in a mounting direction and a locking element configured to block a latching element of the plug housing. The housing of the CPA has a passage opening configured to receive the plug housing during the mounting process. The locking element is arranged on the housing of the CPA and has a free end that extends along the mounting direction. The locking element is offset toward the outside transverse to the mounting direction in relation to the housing of the CPA in order to keep the risk of interlocking as low as possible. A plug connector arrangement includes the CPA.

A plug system for high-current plug-in connections includes a cable harness plug including an electrical line, and a unit including an interface for establishing an electrical connection between the cable harness plug and the unit. The plug system also includes a first fixing element for fixing the cable harness plug to the interface in a form-locked manner. The plug system also includes a second fixing element which is configured for fixing the cable harness plug and/or the line to the unit in a form-locked manner so that a movement of the cable harness plug and/or of the line in parallel and perpendicularly to a mating direction of the cable harness plug is prevented.

A shielding system for high-current applications, having a connecting cable that has an insulated conductor () and a cable shielding surrounding the insulated conductor, as well as a shielding housing having a feed-through. In addition, the shielding system has a hollow cylindrical and electrically conductive shielding sleeve. The insulated conductor is fed through the shielding sleeve. The shielding sleeve is situated in the area of the feed-through of the shielding housing, so that the shielding housing abuts a jacket surface of the shielding sleeve. The cable shielding lies against a jacket surface of the shielding sleeve. The cable shielding is electrically connected to the shielding housing via the shielding sleeve.

Shielding arrangement for high-current applications

An electrical shielding system for an electrical plug connecting includes: a first shielding element; and a second shielding element. The first shielding element and the second shielding element are configured to be plugged into each other, so that the two shielding elements are mechanically and electrically connected. The second shielding element includes a base body and a contacting body which are movable in relation to each other. The electric shielding system further includes a flexible element via which the base body and the contacting body are mechanically coupled to each other.

A plug-in connection is described having a contact carrier including a contact element, which is mechanically connected to the contact carrier; a line has an electrical conductor, which is electrically connected to the contact element, and has an insulation which surrounds the electrical conductor. The line is mechanically connected to the contact carrier, the plug-in connection having a fixing element, into which is accommodated an uninsulated area of the line in which the electrical conductor is not surrounded by the insulation, and which fixes the electrical conductor to the contact carrier.

A socket for a high-current plug-in connection is provided, which includes a contact sleeve and a hollow cylindrical contacting system. The contacting system includes a plurality of elongated contact lamellae, is situated in an inner area of the contact sleeve, and is supported with at least a portion of its outer wall on the inner wall. The contact lamellae extend between a first collar and a second collar of the contacting system. The socket includes a contact lamella, in an area between the first collar and second collar, having an arm, via which the contact lamella is additionally connected to a collar of the contacting system in a supporting manner.

A plug connector for direct electrical contacting of contact surfaces on a circuit board includes at least one electrical end contact of an electric line inserted into the plug connector housing in a plug-in direction and at least one separate electrical contact element, which protrudes elastically beyond one housing side of the plug connector housing transversely to the end contact for electrical contacting of a contact surface of the circuit board and is in electrically conductive contact with the end contact, at least when the contact surface has been contacted.

In a contact housing having a contact chamber for accommodating a contact body which can be inserted into the contact chamber through an assembly opening in a direction of insertion, in an operational position of the contact body in which it is stopped within the contact chamber, at least one element of contact chamber is lying against a stopping surface (support surface), of contact body, which generally points in a direction opposite to the insertion direction in such a way that the removal of the contact body is generally prevented counter to the insertion direction, the present invention provides that a center axis of the assembly opening has a lateral offset transversely to the direction of insertion with respect to a center axis of the stopped contact body; that in the contact chamber, in the direction of insertion, behind the assembly opening, a displaceably situated, elastically flexible spring is provided that extends into the path of the contact body, which narrows the path for the contact body and can be deflected by the contact body, and which is designed to be stressed in an assembly position during the insertion of the contact body.

An electric motor, e.g., a fan motor for an air conditioning fan of a motor vehicle, includes a receiving housing serving as a motor housing, which has a receiving opening into which the electric motor at least partially extends, as well as including connection elements for supplying power to the electric motor, and attachment means for the electrical connection elements. The attachment for the electrical connection elements is provided on the electric motor.
