A connector arrangement for connecting heatable fluid lines including at least one first coupling component and at least one second coupling component. The first coupling component and the second coupling component being connectable to each other, and each including at least one first fluid line, at least one first fluid line interface, at least one first electrical conductor, and at least one first electrical interface. The second coupling component includes at least one second fluid lien, and at least one of the first and second coupling components includes at least one fluid line splitter.

Connector arrangement for connecting heatable fluid lines

A multipart heatable media line including at least two sub-media lines, at least one heating element for heating the sub-media lines, at least one line connection device with connection sections for connecting to the sub-media lines, and at least one measuring device. The line connection device has at least one medium channel for conducting the medium through the line connection device from one connection section to the at least one other connection section, and the measuring device including at least one sensor element and is received in a line connection device receiving opening which is designed as a coupling portion. The measuring device includes at least one housing which is designed as a plug connector and which at least partly receives the at least one sensor element, and the at least one heating element of the at least one sub-media line extends in the region of the coupling portion for receiving the measuring device in order to heat the line connection device in the arrangement region of the measuring device.

Heatable line connection device and method for producing such a connection

In a prefabricated electrically heatable media line having at least one pipeline part with an integrated electrically conductive device and having at least one connecting device, in particular a plug, screw or coupling device, the pipeline part and the electrically conductive device extend as far as or close to that end of the connecting device which is averted from the pipeline part or close to, in front of or in a connection contour. In a method for producing a media line, a pipeline part is produced with at least one integrated electrically conductive device and the integrated electrically conductive device is exposed in at least one end region of the pipeline part, permanent electrical contact is made with said integrated electrically conductive part by a contact-making device, and the contact-making device is routed out at the outer face of the pipeline part in order to form a connection to an electrical energy source.

Prefabricated electrically heatable media line and method for producing a media line of this kind

An assembled media line, or a section of a media line, for connecting a tank to a dosing unit in order to add a reducing agent into a SCR catalyst system of an internal combustion engine. The fluid line has electric heating in some sections for heating of the fluid. The fluid line is additionally provided, at least in some areas, with fluid tempering. In use, the media line connects a tank to a dosing unit in order to add a reducing agent in a SCR catalyst system of an internal combustion engine, and wherein the engine coolant is used as tempering fluid. The tempering is achieved by inclusion of at least one tempering line running alongside the fluid line. A line connector for such a media line includes a connecting housing in which the fluid line and two tempering lines can be connected.
