A power door actuation system for a vehicle door includes a power-operated presenter assembly fixed to one of the vehicle door and vehicle body and an auxiliary latch assembly fixed to the other one of the vehicle door and vehicle body. A latched relationship is maintained between the vehicle door and the vehicle body when the presenter assembly moves the door between a closed position and a deployed position.

A system for operating a door lock () and a latching device (), which can be arrested in a positive-locking manner, of a sliding door (), said latching device preventing the sliding door () in its open position from sliding back. The operation of the door lock () and latching device () takes place mechanically via connecting elements, and the logical closing functions, are integrated in the door lock () which is situated remote from the door handles. In order to avoid very long connecting elements with cumulative tolerances, the connecting elements () between the door handles and the door lock () have driver elements () which act via a driven element () on a connecting element () connected to the latching device ().

Operating arrangement for a sliding door

A power-assisted closing device ( ) for doors, flaps, folding tops or roofs of vehicles, in particular passengers cars, having a pivotably mounted rotary latch ( ) which interacts with a fastening peg, a detent pawl ( ) which releasably locks the rotary latch ( ), and an actuating drive which acts via a disk cam ( ) on the rotary latch ( ) and the detent pawl ( ) to effect an unlocking or locking procedure, wherein a pivotable stop element ( ) is arranged on the rotary latch ( ) and a pivotable stop element ( ) is arranged on the detent pawl ( ), the stop element ( ) interacting with the disk cam ( ) in the unlocking or locking procedure.

Power-assisted closing device

A locking mechanism ( ) is produced for holding a sliding door in the open position and has a Bowden cable ( ) which acts on its locking element ( ), a moving-carriage support ( ) and a moving carriage ( ), which move relative to one another during the closing of the door. In order to disengage the door handles from the locking mechanism when the sliding door is closed and therefore in order to reduce the actuating forces for unlocking the door lock, the moving-carriage support ( ), during the closing movement, shifts a driver ( ) which is guided on the moving carriage ( ) and carries along the locking element ( ) in the direction of its unlocking position. By this, the Bowden cable ( ) is moved in its actuating direction, thereby enabling the door handles to be disengaged.

Locking mechanism for a sliding door

A closure device, especially for vehicle doors, possesses a rotary latch interacting with a closure pin, a releasable ratchet for arresting the door, and a motor-driven shutting aid, which moves the door into the closed position. A problem from safety aspects is activating the shutting aid if fingers or articles are still located between the door and the bodywork. In order to reduce the risk of injury or damage, when the release mechanism is actuated, the force flow between the drive of the shutting aid and the door to be closed is simultaneously mechanically interrupted. As a result of this measure, the rotary latch is immediately released and the door springs open.

The locking device ( ) for doors, in particular of vehicles, has an inside door opener and an outside door handle ( ) which can be used to actuate at least one lock for locking the door. Locking devices of this type are conventionally very complicated mechanically, since the mechanical connection between the outside door handle ( ) and the lock is meant to be uncoupled as a function of various functional positions. In order to reduce the mechanical complexity, only the inside door opener should act mechanically on the lock, and the outside door handle ( ) should act via an electric control on an actuating drive ( ), which actuates the lock. In this case, the opening command is instigated only if at least one defined allowable precondition is present. The required additional functions of locking devices can very easily be controlled by the electric control, so that additional mechanical elements are not required. The unlocking with the aid of the inside door opener, which is desired from the point of view of safety, is maintained, and the ease of use is increased because of the lower opening forces of the outside door handle.
