A fuel injection system has a fuel distributor and multiple fuel injection valves each disposed on a cup of the fuel distributor. At least one injection valve is mounted on the associated cup by way of at least one holding element. An abutment surface is provided on the outer side of the cup. A support surface is configured on the underside of the cup. The holding element is moreover configured as a holding clamp. An abutment surface is provided on an outer side of the fuel injection valve. The holding clamp engages on the one hand behind the abutment surface of the cup and on the other hand behind the abutment surface of the fuel injection valve. The holding clamp furthermore pushes the fuel injection valve toward the support surface.

Arrangement with a fuel distributor and multiple fuel injection valves

A suspension mount for fuel-injection systems is used to connect a fuel injector to a fuel distributor. A connecting body having an accommodation space is provided, a fuel connector of the fuel injector being able to be disposed at least partially in the accommodation space. In addition, a joining body is provided that is disposed, at least in sections, partially in at least one recess of the connecting body, the recess being connected to the accommodation space, and on which the fuel connector is able to be supported along a longitudinal axis of the accommodation space. The joining body also has an elastically deformable element, the elastically deformable element being disposed in such a way that the joining body permits elastic support of the fuel connector on the connecting body at least along the longitudinal axis. A fuel-injection system having such a suspension mount is also indicated.

Fuel-injection system having a fuel-conducting component, a fuel injector and a suspension mount

A suspension for fuel injection systems is used for connecting a fuel injector to a fuel-carrying component. A connecting body having a receiving space is provided for this purpose. The connecting body has an opening, via which a fuel fitting of the fuel injector is insertible at least partially into the receiving space of the connecting body. Furthermore, an annular element and an elastically deformable element are provided. Fuel fitting is supported via the annular element and the elastically deformable element along an axis of the receiving space of the connecting body. A fuel injection system having such a suspension is also indicated. The suspension allows for a soft coupling of the fuel injector to the fuel-carrying component at a desired target stiffness.

A connecting element for fuel injection systems is used for connecting a fuel injector to a fuel-carrying component. A connecting part is provided, which is fastened on the one side on a shoulder of the fuel-carrying component and, on the other side, on a shoulder of the fuel injector. For this purpose, the connecting part is developed at least partially as a pot spring. A fuel injection system having such a connecting element is also indicated.

A mounting is provided for fuel injection systems, the mounting connecting a fuel injection valve to a fuel-conducting component, and having a connecting body and a connecting piece that are connected to one another. Inside the connecting body and the connecting piece there is configured a receptacle space in which a fuel connector of the fuel injection valve is at least partly situated. An inner collar is configured on the connecting piece. In addition, an elastically deformable element is provided. The elastically deformable element is supported at least indirectly on the inner collar of the connecting piece. In addition, the fuel connector is supported at least indirectly on the elastically deformable element. In addition, a fuel injection system having such a mounting is described.

A connecting element connecting a fuel injection valve to a fuel-conducting component includes: a main body having a receptacle space into which a fuel connector of the fuel injection valve is introduced; and a fastening element. At least one opening is provided in a wall of the main body surrounding the receptacle space. The fastening element for fastening the fuel connector on the main body is brought into the receptacle space at least partly through the at least one opening. At least one elastic bearing element is provided, and the fastening element brought at least partly through the opening into the receptacle space is supported on the wall of the main body via the at least one elastic bearing element.

A connecting element for fuel injection systems is used for connecting a fuel injector to a fuel-carrying component, in particular a fuel distributor rail. A base body having a receiving space is provided for this purpose. The base body has an opening, via which a fuel fitting of the fuel injector is insertable into the receiving space of the base body. Furthermore, a first annular element is provided in the receiving space, which in the installed state on the one hand interacts with the fuel fitting inserted into the receiving space and on the other hand interacts with the base body. Furthermore, a second annular element is provided in the receiving space of the base body, the first annular element and the second annular element abutting against an outside of the fuel fitting in the installed state.

A system, which is used in particular as a fuel injection system for the high-pressure injection in internal combustion engines, includes a fuel distributor and a plurality of fuel injectors. Each fuel injector is situated on a cup of the fuel distributor. At least one of the fuel injectors is fastened to the associated cup by a holding element, which has a supporting surface. The cup has a contact surface on an underside, by way of which the cup is supported at the supporting surface of the holding element by a damping layer. The holding element is attached to the cup. In addition, the fuel injector has a collar, which is braced on the holding element. Because of the damping layer, vibrations are able to be dampened, and the noise transmissions is able to be reduced.

A connecting device for fuel injection systems is used for connecting a fuel injection valve to a fuel-carrying component. A wire-shaped connecting element is provided in this context, which is fastened, on the one hand, to the fuel-carrying component and, on the other hand, to the fuel injection valve. The wire-shaped connecting element is embodied closed in an annular manner, and, on the one hand, is guided about a shoulder of the fuel-carrying component and, on the other hand, about a shoulder of the fuel injection valve. A fuel injection system having such a connecting device is also provided.

The fuel injection device according to the present invention is distinguished by a particularly effective sound-decoupling construction. The fuel injection device has at least one fuel injection valve, a receptacle bore for the fuel injection valve in a cylinder head, and a fuel distributor line having a fitting in which the fuel injection valve is placed in partially overlapping fashion. A connecting element is situated in the receptacle bore in such a way that the fuel injection valve is held in the connecting element in such a way that the fuel injection valve and the connecting element are held so that they do not contact any surfaces or walls of the receptacle bore of the cylinder head that do not run axially parallel to the fuel injection valve. The connecting element is attached immediately on the fitting of the fuel distributor line. The fuel injection valve is particularly well-suited for use in fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing externally ignited internal combustion engines.
