A hydromechanical linear converter has a cylinder, a piston unit and a seat valve unit. The cylinder and a piston of the piston unit delimit a hydraulic working chamber, into which a working connection and a further fluid connection open, and has a supply connection. The valve unit switches between a first position connecting the supply connection to the fluid connection and a second position blocking the fluid connection from the supply connection. The linear converter includes a valve housing with a valve seat, a valve body with a valve head cooperating with the seat, a spring unit preloading the valve body into a position corresponding to the first position and an electromagnetic actuatoracting on the valve bodyby purely mechanical action, to move the valve body against the force of the spring unit into a position corresponding to the second switching position.

Hydromechanical linear converter

A lifting device comprises a delivery direction-reversible hydraulic unit and at least three hydraulic lifting cylinders. The hydraulic cylinders are dimensioned in a stepped manner in such a way that the piston rod working space of an n-th lifting cylinder and the piston working space of an (n+1)-th lifting cylinder, with n from 1 to z&#x2212;1, wherein z indicates the number of hydraulic lifting cylinders of the lifting device, have the same effective area. The at least three lifting cylinders are hydraulically connected in series in such a way that the respective working spaces with the same effective area are directly fluidically coupled by means of a hydraulic connection. The piston working space of the first lifting cylinder and the piston rod working space of the z-th lifting cylinder are in fluid connection with the connections of the delivery direction-reversible hydraulic unit.

Driverless transport system

An electrohydraulic drive unit of a machine tool having a tool that can be moved up and down is provided and comprises a double-acting hydraulic cylinder-piston arrangement oriented in upright manner and having a piston projecting downwardly from the cylinder and being coupled with the tool, a valve block flanged to the cylinder at the upper end region thereof and having a servo suction valve, a hydraulic-fluid reservoir flanged to the valve block at a first hydraulic interface and a motor-pump unit having an electric motor and a hydraulic pump driven thereby and flanged to the valve block at a second hydraulic interface. A suction line, extends from the first hydraulic interface to the second hydraulic interface through the valve block.

Machine tool

An electrohydraulic drive unit is provided, comprising a cylinder-piston assembly having a piston-side first hydraulic working chamber and a piston-rod-side second hydraulic working chamber, a tank, a hydraulic pump, which can be driven at variable rotational speed and which has a tank connection point and a working connection point, a valve assembly, which is connected between the working connection point of the hydraulic pump and the cylinder-piston assembly, and an anti-cavitation valve, which is connected between the tank and the first hydraulic working chamber; and a machine controller. Switching valves of the valve assembly can be switched between loading of the first hydraulic working chamber and loading of the second hydraulic working chamber of the cylinder-piston assembly during pumping operation of the hydraulic pump from the working connection point of the hydraulic pump by the machine controller.

Electrohydraulic drive unit

The hydraulic drive system of a machine press comprises at least two independent hydraulic drive units. In each of said hydraulic drive units at least one hydraulic cylinder, which is connected via valves and a main pressure line under supply pressure to a pump driven by a motor, raises and lowers the upper tool carrier. The rotational speed of the motor is adjustable via the numeric machine control, in which a rotational speed profile defined across the work cycle is stored. Furthermore, a pressure-limiting unit limiting the level of the supply pressure is provided, which at least during a part of the work cycle limits the supply pressure to the lower pressure of a pressure profile defined across the work cycle and stored in the numeric machine control and the actual load pressure increased by an extra amount at the at least one hydraulic cylinder.

Machine press

In a machine press having a lower and an upper tool carrier, a hydraulic drive acting on the upper tool carrier comprises at least one closed hydraulic drive system that can be switched between rapid motion and press motion, the drive system having at least one hydraulic cylinder piston unit. The hydraulic liquid of the at least one hydraulic drive system is stored in a pressure accumulator fanning the storage container, supplying the entire associated hydraulic drive system. permanently with at least a base pressure above the ambient pressure. There is no hydraulic connection whatsoever between the working chamber on the piston rod side and the working chamber on the piston side of at least one hydraulic cylinder piston unit. The upper tool carrier is pre-stressed into its upper position by a spring unit.
