A transmission where a first shaft is rotationally fixable to a third shaft and to a second shaft, the second and third shafts are rotationally connectable to a fourth shaft, the second shaft is rotationally connectable to a fifth shaft, the fourth shaft is rotationally connectable to the fifth shaft, the third shaft is rotationally connectable to the fifth shaft, fixed gears of the fourth and fifth shafts are rotationally connected to a drive output, a first gearwheel of the sixth shaft meshes with a fixed gear of the second shaft, and a second gearwheel of the sixth shaft meshes with a fixed gear of the third shaft. Moreover, a first gearwheel of the sixth shaft is an idler gear and a second gearwheel of the sixth shaft is a fixed gear, or vice versa. Additionally, the idler gear of the sixth shaft is rotationally fixable to the sixth shaft.

Six-speed front-transverse double-clutch transmission with third counter shaft

A gear transmission includes a first helical-cut gearwheel () and a second helical-cut gearwheel () engaged for transmitting torques in different directions. The first gearwheel () and the second gearwheel () each include corresponding ring-shaped thrust collars (), and corresponding thrust collars () each form a race () having an overlap region. A first race () and a second race () form an overlap region for traction torques, and a third race () and a fourth race () form an overlap region for overrun torques. Each overlap region includes a contact surface or a contact point (), and each contact point () is situated on a contact circle diameter (). The contact surfaces or contact points () for traction torques and the contact surfaces or contact points () for overrun torques are radially offset.

Gearwheel transmission

A transmission (G) includes an input shaft (GW), an output shaft (GW), an electric machine (EM), a plurality of planetary gear sets (P-PP-P), and gear-implementing shift elements (S-SS-S). Via engagement of a first of the gear-implementing shift elements (SS), which is a force-locking shift element having a variable torque transmission capacity, the input shaft (GW) and an element (EE) of one of the planetary gear sets (PP) can be brought into a fixed rotational speed relationship with respect to each other. Another element (EEE) of one of the planetary gear sets (PPP) is permanently connected to a rotor (R) of the electric machine (EM). By engaging an auxiliary shift element (ZS,ZSa,ZSb), which is a form-locking shift element, the rotor (R) and the input shaft (GW) can be brought into a fixed rotational speed relationship with respect to each other.

Transmission for a motor vehicle, drive train and method for operating a transmission

A toothing arrangement () includes at least one first helical-cut spur gear () and a second helical-cut spur gear (), which form a common meshing toothing, and as least one thrust collar () with two races () for axial load compensation on both sides in the region of the meshing toothing. The annular thrust collar () includes an internal gearing (), which, in the mounted state, is supported in a circumferential groove () interrupting the tooth system () of the first spur gear (). At least one rotation prevention means is associated with the thrust collar (). The rotation prevention means is movable from a radially inner region to a radially outer region of the first spur gear () into an interlock position. A transmission may include the toothing arrangement.

Toothing arrangement

A transmission for a motor vehicle wherein the drive shaft (An) is rotationally fixedly connectable by the first shift element (K) to the first shaft () and by the second shift element (K) to the second shaft (). The second shaft () is rotationally fixedly connectable by the fifth shift element (B) to the housing (). The third shaft () is rotationally fixedly connected to the third gear set element of the second planetary gear set (RS) and to the first gear set element of the third planetary gear set and is rotationally fixedly connectable by the sixth shift element (B) to the housing (). The second gear set element of the third planetary gear set (RS) is rotationally fixedly connected to the output shaft (Ab), and the third gear set element of the third planetary gear set (RS) is rotationally fixedly connected to the second shaft ().

Vehicle transmission

A transmission for a motor vehicle wherein the drive shaft (An) is rotationally fixedly connectable by the first shift element (K) to the first shaft () and the first shaft is rotationally fixedly connectable by the second shift element (B) to the housing (). A sun gear of the first planetary gear set (RS) is rotationally fixedly connectable by the third shift element (K) to the drive shaft (An). A carrier of the first planetary gear set (RS) is rotationally fixedly connected to the output shaft (Ab) and to a ring gear of the second planetary gear set (RS). A ring gear of the first planetary gear set (RS) is rotationally fixedly connected to the second shaft (), wherein the second shaft () is rotationally fixedly connectable by the fourth shift element (B) to the housing ().

A gear unit for a compound transmission has a planetary stage that couples an input and an output shaft for different transmission ratios. The planetary stage includes a sun gear, a ring gear and planet gears rotatably supported at a planet carrier. The planet gears have a region with two different toothings arranged axially offset with respect to an axis of rotation of the planetary stage. A meshing engagement with a first sun gear and/or a first ring gear is produced via the first toothing. The planet gears mesh at the second toothing with a second sun gear and/or a second ring gear, and one component of the planetary stage is connected to the input shaft to be fixed with respect to rotation and one component is fixed at a housing, while the rest of the components can be coupled with the output shaft, respectively.
