An electric linear motor having a motor housing which is penetrated by an armature recess, in which a first magnet arrangement is accommodated in a stationary manner and in which an armature which has a second magnet arrangement is accommodated to be linearly movable along a movement path, wherein at least one of the magnet arrangements includes comprises a magnetic flux guide configured as a profile body and having at least one cross-sectional taper which is configured for a local increase of a flux resistance for a magnetic flux in the magnetic flux guide which is oriented along a movement path, wherein the cross-sectional taper has in the transverse direction to the movement path an extension which is less than an extension of the profile body the transverse direction to the movement path.

A linear actuator with an electric drive device includes a stator and a rotor, wherein the stator is arranged in a fixed location in a drive housing and the rotor is mounted for rotary motion relative to the stator and with a transmission arrangement which is arranged coaxial with an axis of rotation of the drive device to convert the rotary movement of the rotor into a linear movement, wherein a threaded spindle of the transmission arrangement is non-rotatably connected to the rotor and positively coupled to a spindle nut slidably accommodated in the drive housing and connected to a torque tube, which extends along the axis of rotation, and wherein a brake device is assigned to the rotor and/or to the threaded spindle.

Linear actuator

A linear actuator with an electric drive device includes a stator and a rotor, wherein the stator is arranged in a fixed location in a drive housing and the rotor is mounted for rotary motion relative to the stator and with a transmission arrangement which is arranged coaxial with an axis of rotation of the drive device to convert the rotary movement of the rotor into a linear movement, wherein a threaded spindle of the transmission arrangement is non-rotatably connected to the rotor and positively coupled to a spindle nut slidably accommodated in the drive housing and connected to a torque tube, wherein bearing means for a rotatable mounting of the rotor are provided in opposite end regions of the drive housing.

A method of providing a linear drive with an axially play-free entrainment connection between at least one linearly travelling rod () and a guide unit able to be moved parallel thereto. Between a coupling member (), projecting to the fore of the rod (), of the guide unit and the terminal face () of the rod () adhesive () is applied and then the components are so screwed together that athwart the direction of displacement relative motion is still possible. Then the entire unit is shifted between its two terminal positions even prior to curing of the adhesive (), the components then aligning themselves. After the adhesive is cured the screw connection is finally drawn tight.

Method for the production of a catching connection in a linear drive

The invention proposes an electric linear actuator with a take-off element () that is adjustably supported on a main housing () and is connected to and driven by an electric motor () via a spindle drive (). This connection is realized in the form of a purely plug-type coupling () that is formed by a gear transmission (). The gear transmission () comprises a first transmission gear () that forms part of the spindle drive () and a second transmission gear () that together with the electric motor () forms part of a motor module (). When the motor module () is attached or removed, the teeth of the gear transmission () are disengaged or disengaged automatically.
