Stand arrangement for a medical-optical instrument

In a holding arrangement () for a medical-optical instrument (), an electric motor is provided in a rotational joint () to compensate a load torque occurring in this rotational joint. This electric motor is supplied with current in correspondence to a detected position of the rotational joint (). A current control curve required for this purpose is stored in a memory. This current control curve can be determined in that the rotational joints are deflected with the electric motor into predetermined positions and the current demand needed therefor is detected.

An adapter is provided for connecting a stereoscopic endoscope having intertwined stereo beam paths to electronic documentation devices. For defined positioning of a laser beam in an ophthalmological instrument with a slit projection device and an optical observation unit, a focusing objective is displaced by a displacement device in a plane parallel to the observation beam path of the optical observation unit. The laser beam path and the slit projection beam path are separately deflected coaxially with the observation beam path in the direction of the target plane. Defined positioning of a laser beam in the patient's eye is achieved by means of the displacement device, which includes a displacement element connected to the focusing objective, and an operating element. The displacement device furthermore offers diverse means of adjustment.

Beam positioning device for an ophthalmological instrument

The invention is directed to an ophthalmoscope and especially a confocal raster ophthalmoscope wherein the scanning unit can be imaged on the pupil of the eye with different imaging scales. The switchover between the imaging scales is realized by a displacement of a spherical concave mirror of the ophthalmoscope. The astigmatism of the concave mirror is changed because of the changed imaging scale and is compensated in that the displacement of the concave mirror has a displacement component perpendicular to the main axis of this mirror.

In an apparatus for generating an image of a scene, preferably an image of a heat image, the image is moved line by line across a row of detectors by means of a scanning mirror. The signals thus generated control light-emitting elements via amplifiers. The light-emitting elements are also disposed in a row, and their light is also guided via the scanning mirror. The scanning of the image is done bidirectionally, that is, during the forward pass and return pass of the scanning mirror. For correction of the resultant phase error, which is brought about by a delayed triggering of the light-emitting elements, an optical deflector element is provided which can assume two defined positions. The first position is associated with the forward pass of the scanning mirror and the second position is associated with its return pass and these positions are entirely independent of the location of the scanning lines. The deflector element is preferably in the form of a plane-parallel plate, which is tilted into two angular positions in alternation by means of electromagnets.
