An apparatus for wrapping a substantially parallelepiped shaped article with a wrapper material web, the apparatus comprising: a wrapper applicator for positioning the wrapping material web in a wrapping configuration in which the wrapping material web is applied on upper and peripheral faces of the article; a fastening device for maintaining the wrapping material web in the wrapping configuration on the article; a backing member positioner for positioning a backing member between the wrapper material web and the article at a desired location along the article to allow one of fastening an overlying material web portion of the wrapping material web to an underlying material web portion of the wrapping material web extending under the overlying material web portion at the desired location, and fastening the wrapping material web to the backing member at the desired location. There is also provided a method for wrapping the article.

Apparatus and method for wrapping an article

Estrane-based and androstane-based aminosteroid derivatives are described herein. More specifically, the following piperazinyl-steroid compounds of Formula I, Formula II, Formula III, and Formula IV are described. The compounds display cytotoxicity on a variety of cancer cell lines. A process for producing the compounds and their use in the manufacture of pharmaceutical formulations and/or combinations is also disclosed. 

Aminosteroid derivatives and process for producing same

A method for wrapping at least a portion of an article () including folding the wrapper material () to cover at least one first peripheral face () such that each one of at least two first wrapper sections extends beyond a respective first lateral edge () of the at least one first peripheral face () and such that each one of at least one second wrapper section extends beyond an upper edge () of a respective one of at least one second peripheral face (), folding and securing each first section against one of the at least one second peripheral face (), and folding and securing each second section against the respective second peripheral face (). The wrapper material () remaining at least partially grabbed until at least one of the at least one second section is secured.
