A guide carriage () of a linear guide includes a circulation channel () for rolling bodies (), which is formed from a load section (), two deflection sections () and a return section (). A valve () arranged in a lubricant channel () to prevent the back flow of lubricant from the circulation channel () is arranged at a supply point () for supplying lubricating agent to one of the deflection sections (), and the deflection section () is delimited by a deflection shell () located in an end piece (). The valve () is formed integrally with at least one of the elements deflection shell () and end piece ().

Guide carriage of a linear guide and method for producing a head piece of a guide carriage

A guide rail of a linear guide, on guide surfaces on which a guide carriage is longitudinally displaceable. A material measure is arranged at a distance, preferably in parallel, to the guide rail and is fastened to the guide rail by means of a mount. The guide rail has a groove or a hole arranged outside the guide surface. The mount can be detachably fastened by means of expanding elements that engage with the groove or into the hole.

A lubricating device for a linear rolling bearing which has a guide rail and a carriage that is longitudinally moveable on the guide rail and supported on the guide rail by rolling bodies. The rolling bodies are guided in longitudinal grooves along the guide rail, and the lubricating device is fastened to the carriage and lubricate the longitudinal grooves and/or the rolling bodies. The lubricating device also has lubricant supply ducts, which supply a lubricant to the longitudinal grooves and clear outlet openings in the region of the longitudinal grooves for transferring the lubricant to the longitudinal grooves. The lubricant supply ducts are covered by at least one absorbent repository element along the courses thereof in coverage areas. The repository element is designed and/or arranged to absorb lubricant in the coverage areas and to conduct it to the longitudinal grooves in parallel with the lubricant supply channels.

Lubricating device for a linear rolling bearing

A rolling element chain () which includes a plurality of rolling elements that are disposed in a row one after the other in a cage strip () and interspaced by separating webs () of the cage strip (). The separating webs (), on their front end disposed transverse to the rolling element chain (), are connected to a flexible cage belt () which extends along the rolling element chain (). On the other free front end disposed transverse to the rolling element chain (), the separating webs () have recesses () for engaging with a retaining rim () for retaining the rolling element chain (), with the recesses being continuous in a longitudinal direction of the rolling element chain ().

A linear guide, which has a guide carriage that is mounted in a longitudinally moveable manner on a guide rail and to which an additional component, for example a measuring head, can be fastened by a fastening device. The fastening device has a pin which is fastened to the guide carriage at the end side. The pin has a fastening section to which the additional component can be fastened, that projects from the guiding carriage at the end side.

Linear guide

Linear guide unit, having a guide carriage () which is arranged such that it can be displaced longitudinally on a guide rail (), and having a length measurement system, the measuring head () of which interacts with a measuring scale () which is arranged parallel to the guide rail (), the measuring scale () being arranged in a hollow body which carries the measuring scale (), is arranged at a spacing from the guide rail () and is mounted at its ends.

Linear guide with cage chain

This mounting system features a base displaced from a mounting plate which is used to anchor a base mounted receiver releasably. The base has a pair of flexible arms to engage the receiver in channels that have a catch edge at the ends of the channels. The base is constructed with at least one stabilizer element and the receiver has an appropriate alignment slot. Each mounting plate, on both the base and receiver, have a plurality of apertures to facilitate attachment to fabric or a fabric patch or a fabric envelope which thereby allows attachment to different fabric devices together in a releasable yet secure manner. Those devices are to be from the following group, non-exclusive; backpack, jacket, hunting jacket, binocular case, knife case, compass case, first aid case, ammunition pouch, animal call case, web gear, etc.

The invention proposes a linear guide unit comprising a guide carriage () that is mounted through rollers () for sliding on a guide rail (), and further comprising a roller chain () comprising a cage () for receiving the rollers (), said cage being formed by spacers () arranged between adjacent rollers () and flexible belts () arranged at two front ends of the rollers () for connecting the spacers () to one another, said roller chain () being arranged for rotating in an endless roller channel () comprising a load-bearing section (), in which the rollers () roll under load on raceways () of the guide carriage () and of the guide rail (), a return section (), that is arranged substantially parallel to the load-bearing section () and in which the rollers () of the roller chain () are unloaded, and two deflecting sections () that connect the return section () and the load-bearing section () endlessly to each other, said endless roller channel () comprising lateral rims () at both front ends of the rollers () for guiding the rollers (), each lateral rim () comprising a groove () for receiving one of the belts () of the cage (), said groove () comprising a groove bottom (), an inner groove wall () for an inner belt side of the belt () and an outer groove wall () situated opposite the inner groove wall () for an outer belt side of the belt (), wherein the outer groove wall () and the inner groove wall () of the groove () in the deflecting section () are made on separate parts.

Linear guide unit

A linear roller bearing is provided having a guide carriage () which can be mounted on a guide rail () in a rolling manner via roller bodies (). The guide carriage is provided with at least one continuous roller body channel () for the roller bodies (). The roller body channel () includes a support channel () for supporting the roller bodies (), a return channel () for returning the roller bodies (), and deflecting channels () which connect the support channel () to the return channel (). The deflecting channels () are provided in end elements () of the guide carriage (), and the roller bodies () in the roller body channel () are subject to displacement resistance in the direction of rotation. The end elements () are respectively provided with a sensor (), whereby a preferably electric sensor signal therefrom is dependent on the displacement resistance.

A linear rolling bearing element for mounting on a running surface of a guide rail, said element having a carrier body that comprises, for a rolling element circuit, a load-bearing zone and a return channel that are parallel to a direction of movement of the carrier body while being connected to each other by two deflecting channels disposed in head pieces that are arranged on ends of the carrier body. The head pieces comprise lubricant ducts, and a rolling element guiding means in the form of a plastic coating is arranged in the load-bearing zone, the return channel and the deflecting channels. Each head-piece is formed by a cage arranged on an end of the carrier body and by a one-piece sealing plate comprising lubricant ducts, said plate being adapted to and disposed on the cage.

Linear rolling bearing element

A linear rolling bearing element mounted to a running surface of a guide rail, includes a main body which having a rolling-element circuit for guiding the main body along a guide rail via a plurality of rolling elements, with the rolling-element circuit having a load-bearing track and a return track. The main body has opposite ends, each of the ends having formed therein a bay which is accessible through an adjacent end face of the main body. Received in each of the bays of the main body is a deflection member which has formed therein an arcuate passageway for interconnecting the load-bearing track and the return track. Disposed in the load-bearing track, the return track and the arcuate passageways is a guide system of a polymer material, for guiding the rolling elements. The guide system includes a coating which is applied through an injection-molding process in a single working step in the load-bearing track and the return track. A wiper bears directly against the main body at each end face thereof for sealing the adjacent bay to the outside.
