A valve controller for electrically actuating at least one valve drive, with a control circuit, which is designed to influence an electric energy flow between an electric source and the valve drive and which includes a bus interface for communication with a superordinate control arrangement () as well as a sensor means, which is designed to determine physical variable of the energy flow changeable by electrically actuating the valve drive as well as for providing a sensor signal dependent upon the determined physical variable to the control circuit wherein the control circuit is designed to determine a status value for the valve drive based on the sensor signal and at least one characteristic value of a physical variable from the group: energy flow duration, energy flow voltage, energy flow current, fluid pressure and is designed to provide the status value to the bus interface.

Valve controller and method for operating a valve controller

Valve assembly and fluidic system

Fluid valve

A valve device for influencing a fluid supply of fluid-operated loads, includes a valve module with a valve housing in which valve shafts are formed to accommodate valve cartridges, and further includes valve cartridges located in the valve shafts, wherein each of the valve shafts together with the valve cartridges accommodated therein bounds a pressure chamber connected to an assigned inlet port in a fluidically communicating manner, and wherein each of the valve cartridges includes two electrically selectable valve means which are designed to influence a free flow cross-section between the pressure chamber and an outlet port assigned to the respective valve means.

Piezoelectric actuated fluid valve

A valve device including a valve housing which bounds a valve chamber in which a valve member is accommodated for movement between a blocking position and a release position in order to influence a free flow cross-section for a fluid in a flow path between an inlet passage terminating into the valve chamber and an outlet passage leading from the valve chamber, further including a first absolute pressure sensor for providing a first pressure signal as a function of an operating pressure in the flow path, and further including an evaluation circuit for processing the first pressure signal. It is provided that a second absolute pressure sensor is located outside the flow path, which is designed to provide a second pressure signal as a function of an operating pressure outside the flow path and which is connected to the evaluation circuit for enabling a differential pressure between the first and second pressure signals to be determined.

Valve device, valve assembly and method for calibrating a valve assembly

Valve module for influencing a fluid supply of a fluid-operated load, comprising a valve housing with a valve chamber being connected to an inlet port and an outlet port and a pilot chamber being connected to an operating port, comprising a valve member which is movably adjustable between a blocking position and a release position and further comprising an actuator which is motion-coupled to the valve member, wherein a position of the actuator and the valve member can be set as a function of a pressure applied to the pilot chamber, and further comprising a sensor device for detecting a position of the valve member and/or the actuator along a movement axis, and the sensor device comprises an electric coil arrangement which forms a ring around at least one fluid port from the group comprising the operating port, the inlet port and the outlet port.

Valve module

A fluid operated position regulator comprises a servo means, arranged in a regulator housing and by which a supply connection, a venting connection and a power connection can be placed in circuit in an adjustable manner. To predetermine or set its position the servo means possesses two mutually oppositely orientated fluid actuating faces of equal size, which respectively delimit a control chamber. The two control chambers are connected by way of an intermediately placed choke means with a common control pressure connection. Downstream from the two choke means each control chamber is connected with a venting connection. A control valve means can control the two venting connections and in particular simultaneously close them.

Fluid operated position regulator

A flexural actuator is fitted with an actuator means, the flexural actuator being fitted at its functional section with a sensor means for determination of the longitudinal stretch. This sensor means is placed at a position, and/or is placed in the longitudinal direction symmetrically on either side of such position, at which there is a constant longitudinal stretch independent from the setting force when the functional section is thrusting against a resistance.

Flexural actuator and an actuator means fitted with same

A method for the manufacture of a valve having at least one valve opening surrounded by at least one valve seat and an elongated valve member able to be brought into different positions by pivoting. In order to adjust the switching stroke of the valve member the valve member is, for instance using a laser, locally and briefly heated until superficial plastification occurs so that in the direction of the pivoting movement performed in operation it experiences a permanent flexural deformation.

Method for the production of a valve

A piezoelectric valve whose housing defines a valve chamber wherein at least one piezoelectric flexural transducer is located. The piezoelectric flexural transducer possesses a contact face, which faces a first outer wall of the valve housing. This first outer wall is in the form of a wiring support which possesses a support body consisting of plastic material, which at the outer side opposite to the valve chamber bears a wiring arrangement. The wiring arrangement is in electrical contact by way of a via extending through a cutout in the support body with the piezoelectric flexural transducer, since the via consists of an electrically conductive elastic plug, against which the at least one contact face is thrust at the inner face of the support body.

Piezoelectric bending transducer and use thereof

A piezo valve having a flexural transducer unit which includes two flexural transducers adapted to be deflected in opposite directions. The flexural transducers are fixedly joined together at one terminal part of the flexural transducer unit with the formation of a common bearing section. The flexural transducer unit is pivotally mounted in relation to the housing. At least one flexural transducer serves for the control of a valve opening associated with it, the other flexural transducer being able to be biased by the application of a drive voltage toward a support face arranged in a deflection path in order to for instance to increase the displacement path of the other flexural transducer.
