A cable gland including a component and at least one contact element. The at least one contact element includes a plurality of substantially geometrically identically shaped windings. Each winding includes a retaining section for electrically contacting the component surrounding the contact element, at least one supporting section for electrically contacting a shield of a long-molded part, and a first and a second extending section. The retaining section, the first extending section and the at least one supporting section are arranged one after the other.

A contact element for contacting at least one long molded part, in particular a cable, in the unassembled state includes a plurality of first windings and a plurality of second windings which are geometrically different from the first windings, and a through-opening for the passage of a long molded part.

Cable gland

The disclosure relates to a contact-making system for electromagnetically compatible high-current applications. The contact-making system includes a screw bushing, an actuating element and a clamping element. The clamping element includes at least one inner lateral surface and at least a first end face. The screw bushing includes a connecting thread on a first side of the screw bushing, for connection to a connecting geometry. The actuating element includes a counterpressure end face. An inner radius of the clamping element is reduced by means of a radial force. The actuating element is screwed to the first side of the screw bushing, where the radial force is applied to at least the first end face of the clamping element by screwing the actuating element to the screw bushing, and the counterpressure end face of the actuating element is brought into contact with a first end face of the clamping element.

Contacting system

A screw-connection system for connecting a long-shaped part with a terminal geometry includes at least a pressure element, a terminal part, and a seal. The pressure element has at least one contact-wall section with a contact surface. The seal has at least one outer radial-seal surface and at least one axial-seal surface. The outer radial-seal surface of the seal interacts in a sealing manner at least partially with the contact surface of the contact-wall section and the axial-seal surface is configured at least for partial sealing with the terminal geometry.

Screw connection system

A device for the sealed closing of an opening for one or more elongate parts to pass through includes a sealing and/or clamping element with at least two interacting first and second parts that are axially displaceable relative to one another, and a pressure contour acting axially onto the sealing and/or clamping element. A first axial displacement of the pressure contour and an axial displacement of the at least one second part relative to the at least one first part causes a first change in geometry of the at least one first part transversely to the displacement direction. Also, a further axial displacement of the pressure contour causes a further change in geometry of the at least one first part transversely to the displacement direction such that the opening is sealed around the one or more elongate parts passing therethrough.

Device for the sealed passing-through of an elongate part

An elbow screw joint system for screw-connecting and rerouting elongate shaped parts includes a guiding body, an insert and a cover. The insert has a guiding section rotatably arranged at least partially inside the guiding body. The guiding body has a guiding recess and an outlet recess. The guiding recess has a guiding axis and extends along the guiding axis from a receiving side to an opposite head side. The outlet recess has an outlet axis and extends from an outlet side, along the outlet axis, to the guiding recess. Also, the guiding axis and the outlet axis are at an angle relative to one another. The guiding section has a screw thread at an upper end region which is associated with the head side of the guiding body, and the cover is screw-connected, from the head side, to the screw thread of the guiding section.

Elbow screw joint system

A line connector for media lines including a fluid connector having at least one connection section for terminal connection to a fluid line and having a transition section with an inner fluid channel adjoining the connection section. An electric heating element is provided at least in certain areas. The fluid connector is encased by encapsulation at least in the region of the heating element. The encapsulation has a branch for an electric supply conductor for the heating element. A ready-made media line includes the above mentioned line connector and an attached fluid line.

Line connector and ready-made media line

A joined prefabricated individual cam includes multiple cams for an adjustable camshaft in particular for an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle. The camshaft has two shafts mounted concentrically one inside the other, namely an inner shaft and an outer shaft. The joined multiple cam is fixedly pinned to the inner shaft via radial openings provided in the outer shaft with a rotatable bearing on the outer shaft. Such a multiple cam has at least one prefabricated individual cam which is placed as a cam ring on the outside circumference of a carrier pipe at an axial distance from the neighboring individual cams and is fixedly connected to this carrier pipe at a predetermined angle of rotation and axial distance assignment.

A line connector having a connector piece with at least one junction portion for junction connection to a media line or to an assembly, a transitional portion contiguous to the junction portion, and a flow duct. In at least the region of the transitional portion, an electrical heating element for the media line is provided in an arrangement at least partially surrounding the flow duct. The connector piece, together with the heating element, is surrounded by an outer cladding. At least one of the junction portions is designed as a hollow, cylindrical receptacle for directly plugging in the end of the media line, the media line being capable of being fastened in a materially integral manner. The junction portion including, at least in regions, a material transparent to laser beams in such a way that the media line can be fastened by way of laser welding.

The invention relates to a wall feed-through fitting for passing elongated parts, pipes, wires, and/or cables through a wall of piece of equipment, housing or component provided with the wall that has a throughgoing hole and where a flange () is fastened to the wall by a fastener, the flange having a hole () coaxial to the throughgoing hole, wherein the flange () has two half-flanges () that abut at a parting plane crossing the hole (), the half-flanges are connected or connectable to one another by integrally molded connecting formations (), and the half-flanges () are of identical shape with each of the half-flanges () having a first connecting formation at one respective parting face and a second connecting formation at a second respective parting face and the first and second connecting formations are different from one another but fit complementarily with one another in a desired mounting position of the half-flanges ().

Wall lead-through

The present invention relates to an electrically heatable media line (), comprising a fluid line () and at least one fluid connector () connected to a line end (). The fluid line () and the fluid connector () respectively have electric heating means (), wherein the fluid line () and/or the fluid connector () including electric connections () of the heating means () are/is enclosed by a plastic molding compound.

Heatable media line

A plug connector for media lines that includes a plug part having a plug shaft, which can be inserted into a receiving part and is releasably locked therein. The plug part has at least two spring elastic latching arms that extend in the insertion direction. The latching arms have radially inwardly projecting catch cams at their free ends for engaging behind a latching step of the receiving part. The latching arms can be spread radially by a release element to release the plug part. The latching arms are radially spread by displacing the release element. The release element has axially extending release arms, which extend to the area of the catch cams, located radially between the latching arms and the plug shaft. The actuating sections are arranged in such a way for spreading the latching arms to release the catch cams.

Plug-type connector for media lines

The present invention relates to an electrically heatable media line comprising a fluid line and at least one line connector, which comprises a fluid connector connected to a line end of the fluid line and an outer housing. The fluid line and the line connector each have electrical heating means, wherein the fluid connector is enclosed at least in the region of the heating means and together with an end section of the fluid line by the housing. The housing has fixing means for accommodating, in a mechanically fixing manner, the fluid connector with the connected line end and electrical conductors and conductor connectors of the heating means.
