Grader seat with controls

A control system for a construction vehicle, such as a motor grader, is provided. The control system includes a plurality of joysticks supported by an operator seat assembly of the motor grader.

Input control pattern

A work vehicle comprises a leanable traction wheel. A control unit of the work vehicle is configured to cause the wheel to move to a wheel-lean angle setpoint.

A control system for a construction vehicle, such as a motor grader, is provided. The control system includes a plurality of joysticks supported by an operator seat assembly, or by a console and structure independent of the operator seat assembly of the motor grader. The joysticks are positioned such that they are easy to reach while the operator's arms are supported by armrests supported by the operator seat assembly or structure independent of the operator seat assembly.

The operator's station of an off road work vehicle comprises an operator's compartement having a control console. The operators compartment defining an interior space in which the operator is positioned. A HVAC module is located in the operator's compartment along the rear wall. The rear wall of the operator's compartment is provided with an access opening through which the major components of the HVAC module can be serviced and removed. The access opening is provided with an access door that is hingedly coupled to the operator's compartment about a transverse hinge axis. The control console is provided with a console wall having a finished exterior surface that is exposed to the interior space. The HVAC module is also provided with an exterior wall having a finished exterior surface that is also exposed to the interior space and adjoins the console wall. The finished exterior surface of the console walls matches the exterior finished surface of the exterior wall.

Easy access HVAC module on work vehicle

A work vehicle having a supporting frame and ground engaging wheels is provided with a work implement mounted to the rear portion of the work vehicle. The work implement is designed to drag a body behind the vehicle. The operations of the work vehicle is controlled from an operators cab mounted to the supporting frame. The operators cab is provided with a ROPS for protecting the operator. The ROPS is provided with four vertically extending supporting posts, left and right front supporting posts, and left and right rear supporting posts. An operators seat is located in the operators cab and is arranged diagonally to the longitudinal centerline of the vehicle. The operators seat faces both to the front and to the right side. The right rear corner post is provided with at least one operator control that is in the line of sight of the operator when seated in the operators seat.

A monitor display system for giving warning of the existence of an undesirable state of one or more of a plurality of monitored operating conditions of an engine-powered vehicle. The system comprises a self-contained logic circuit which energizes both master warning lamps and an audible buzzer providing a two-level warning by discerning the severity of the operating condition, and a display panel-fault indicator module including a fault indicating circuit as a part thereof electrically connected with each operating condition by a pair of sensing switches of different actuation settings, and with the module having a componetized design which provides infinite display panel shapes and formats for non-dedicated display of monitored conditions.

Monitor display system

A saddle construction for use in a motor grader having a fore-and-aft extending main frame comprising an upper portion having a generally longitudinal extending section forming a forward facing and a rear facing. The facings have a generally vertical orientation. The main frame has first and second pins slidably mounted transversely in the main frame in longitudinal spaced apart relationship. The forward facing of the saddle upper portion straddles the main frame and is fixably mounted to opposite ends of the first pin. In like manner, the rear facing straddles the main frame and is fixably mounted to opposite ends of the second pin. The saddle further includes a lower portion straddling the main frame and fixably mounted the rear facing. The main frame has a plurality of recesses formed in respective side walls of the main frame in longitudinal spaced apart relationship for seatably receiving inwardly directed landings formed on the facings.
