A device includes an interior which is enclosed by a housing. The housing includes an opening. A movable component closes the opening in the housing between the interior and an exterior of the housing. The passage points for movable components have hydrophobic surfaces. A device of this type is protected in a non-contacting manner against penetration and discharge of fluids.

Device comprising a movable component

The invention relates to an electric rocker switch with an actuating element designed as a rocker. The rocker is thereby moveable back and forth between two positions, namely between an on position and an off position. The rocker is pivotably mounted on the housing for this purpose. The rocker interacts with a leaf spring, the upper end of the leaf spring is firmly clamped at the rocker via a longitudinal area and the lower end of the leaf spring is tiltably arranged on a contact element. The leaf spring has one stable arch shape in the on position and another stable arch shape in the off position with a curve oriented opposite the arch shape. The electric rocker switch according to the invention shows in an advantageous way symmetrical haptics for the on position and also for the off position, wherein the position of the rocker indicates the corresponding position.

Electric rocker switch

An electric micro-switch has at least one electric contact. The contact has a profiled section. The profiled section has a longitudinal extension, a bent portion formed in the longitudinal extension and having an outer surface that is, at least in section, formed in a rounded manner. A contact region is defined on the outer surface of the bent portion. A method for manufacturing the micro-switch is also disclosed.

Micro-switch and method of manufacture

An electrical component has a flexible support element with a non-conductive base layer having conductor paths. The support element has a plurality of terminal regions with contact elements for making electrical connections to further electrical or electronic components. For direct contacting to a second electrical component provided with two slot-shaped contact openings, the flexible support element is folded in at least one terminal region to form two blade-shaped, sufficiently stiff contact elements rising from the support element, so that an electrical connection is achieved by pressing the folded contact elements into the slot-shaped contact openings of the second electrical component.

Electrical component

A sealed electrical connection assembly joins an electrical component to a plug-in component. For liquid-tight sealing, the free, deformable ends of the conductor tracks of the electrical component and/or the contact elements of the plug-in component are provided with hydrophobic surfaces at least regionally, so that even after a plurality of plug contact operations have been performed, in the coupling position and, optionally, in the uncoupled position, the contact region is surrounded by hydrophobic surfaces.

Sealed connector

In an electrical circuit with at least one flexible sheet element with electrical conductor tracks, at least one terminal arrangement for connection to a power supply and/or for data transmission, provision is made for the terminal to be formed by a portion of the sheet element with exposed conductor tracks, against which counter-contacts are positioned.

A snap-action switch has at least two switching contacts, at least one flexible circuit carrier carrying conductor tracks and at least one multifunction component receiving the flexible circuit carrier. The switching contacts and the conductor tracks are connected with each other via a non-detachable connection. The region of the flexible circuit carrier between the switching contacts is configured as a bending tab.

Snap-action switch

An electric switch has a housing with an upper surface through which a actuating plunger extends at a position close to a side surface. The actuating plunger is arranged to operate a switching element disposed inside the housing. An actuating lever is fixed to the side surface adjacent the plunger such that the actuating lever extends over and beyond the upper surface of the housing. A stop for the actuating plunger is arranged inside the housing. With this switch the actuating travel is extended solely in relation to the switch. Furthermore a long over-travel exists following switching, wherein any forces which might occur through improper use in relation to the switch do not cause any damaging effects to the switching element.

Electric switch with an actuator

An electrical switch for mounting into a surface of a component, has at least one shoulder region to be brought closer to this surface and which has at least one seal, which is assigned to an opening in the surface. The shoulder region has at least one region with at least one assigned indicator component, wherein this assignment is changed in terms of position in the case of complete sealing action of the seal compared to an incomplete sealing action of the seal.

Electrical switch

A device for switching and controlling electrical apparatus, has a guide bearing for creating haptics indicating the position of the device. The guide bearing has one bearing part constructed as a switch housing and one bearing part constructed as an actuating element. The guide bearing has a control path formed on one of the bearing parts and a rolling-body mount constructed on the other bearing part. A rolling body is held in the rolling-body mount. A haptic spring presses the rolling body onto the control path. The structure of this device is suitable for creating haptics, without the operational reliability and service life of the guide bearing being appreciably impaired.

Device for switching and controlling electrical apparatuses

A switch has a housing and an actuating element retained on a travel path in the housing. A restoring member () provides a restoring force urging the actuator to an off position at one end of the travel path. A resistance generator provides a resistance force which opposes the restoring force when the actuator is in a fully actuated position to reduce the holding force require to keep the actuating element in the fully actuated position.

Switch for an electric device

In an electrical component having at least one flexible carrier material, the connecting surfaces formed on conductive pathways thereof are joined to the connecting surfaces of individual metal bodies via individual bonded connections. At least one rail profile is conformed in the surface structure of each bonded connection; each bonded connection having at least one ultrasonic welding bond. In order to produce the electrical component, individual metal bodies are arranged on the conductive pathways of a flexible carrier material. Connecting surfaces of the individual metal bodies and connecting surfaces of the conductive pathways are materially bonded to each other. One of the connecting surfaces to be bonded is produced from a foil that is fully furnished with conductive pathways, and energy directors made from aluminum are integrated in the conductive pathway or the metal body.

An electrical switch arrangement has a switch housing and a button guided in the switch housing. The button can be brought into two fixed switching states. A display indicates when at least one of the switching states is reached. A U-shaped spring is arranged inside the button approximately at right angles to the direction of movement the button. The spring is guided in a guide track formed in sections of the switch housing.

Electrical switch arrangement

A switch arrangement for electric currents has at least two contacts to be closed and opened. At least one of the contacts is formed by sections of an electrically conductive pathway of a foil. At least one magnet assigned to the foil. At least one magnetic component is placeable in the magnetic field of the magnet and facing the magnet on the other side of the foil. When the magnetic body is placed in the magnetic field of the magnet it is attracted to the magnet causing the foil to be squeezed and the contacts to make contact, closing the switch.
