The invention relates to a valve cartridge for a solenoid valve, having a capsule, a magnetic armature that is movably guided within the capsule, a valve insert that is inserted into the capsule at a first end, and a valve body, which is pressed into a second end of the valve insert and has a main valve seat. The magnetic armature, moved by a generated magnetic force, moves a tappet guided within the valve insert. The tappet has a closing element with a sealing element which plunges into the main valve seat of the valve body in a sealing manner for carrying out a sealing function, and an associated solenoid valve. According to the invention the valve insert is configured as a one-part slotted bushing, and the valve body is configured as a bonnet-shaped bushing. The valve body configured as a bushing is pressed into a second end of the valve insert configured as a slotted bushing such that the main valve seat is disposed within the valve insert.

Valve cartridge for a solenoid valve, and associated solenoid valve

The invention relates to a method and a device for producing a high-pressure-tight connection between a pole core and a valve sleeve of a solenoid valve and to an associated valve cartridge for a solenoid valve. According to the invention, the pole core is placed in a two-part compression mold, which comprises a middle die and an outer die, in such a way that a joining gap is produced between an inner bore of the outer die and the placed-in pole core. Subsequently, the pole core is placed against the valve sleeve and the valve sleeve is inserted into the joining gap. Then, the middle die and the outer die are pressed simultaneously with the pole core such that the valve sleeve passes into the joining gap. When a pressed diameter of the pole core is reached, the valve sleeve expands and is shaped in the joining gap between a first shaping edge and a second shaping edge and is joined onto the pole core. The diameter of the inner bore tapers between the first shaping edge and the second shaping edge. Application of further force by the outer die allows the pole core to be pressed deeper into the valve sleeve, in order to carry out a desired stroke setting for the movement of an armature by performing the further shaping of the valve sleeve.

Method and device for producing a high-pressure-tight connection and associated valve cartridge for a solenoid valve

Disclosed is a solenoid valve having a magnet unit and a valve cartridge having a capsule, an armature guided longitudinally in the capsule and connected to a sealing pin guided longitudinally inside a valve insert, and a valve body with a sealing seat; a magnetic force generated by the magnet unit moves the armature together with the sealing pin from an initial position toward the valve body counter to the force of a return spring, causing the sealing pin to move into and close the sealing seat in an end position, where the initial position represents a maximum volumetric flow between a valve inlet and a valve outlet. A spring support is embodied and situated so that the return spring is supported outside the volumetric flow and presses the armature into the initial position against the capsule, and the inlet and outlet are embodied and situated so that the direction of the volumetric flow assists the closing motion of the armature with the sealing pin.

Solenoid valve for hydraulic brake systems with pressure-assisted closing of the valve

An electromagnetically actuatable valve for hydraulic control devices in motor vehicles is embodied as a pressure-equalized seat valve in a mode of construction comprising a hydraulic part with a valve dome and an electrical part that can be slipped onto the valve dome. In a magnet valve that is normally open, the tubular tappet that supports the closing member is supported at one point in a first bearing point, in terms of the longitudinal direction, that is embodied as a slide bearing, and a bearing ring that forms the sealing point accomplishes the hydraulic pressure equilibrium with the effective sealing diameter of the closing member that together with the valve seat forms the second bearing point. With the valve, very short switching times, in particular less than 0.5 ms, can be achieved with an economical mode of construction.

Electromagnetically actuatable valve

The invention relates to a magnet valve, in particular for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle brake system, having a valve carrier bush and a guide sleeve, extending through an opening of the valve carrier bush and joined thereto by positive engagement by means of a caulked feature, in which sleeve an armature and a valve closing body are received displaceably relative to a magnet core and a valve seat, and having an electrical coil surrounding the guide sleeve in the region of the magnet core. The invention proposes that a flange, embodied as a radially outward-pointing crease is formed onto the guide sleeve and is braced in fluid- and pressure-tight fashion by the caulked feature against a radially inner, steplike shoulder of the valve carrier bush, and the flange has flat end portions, extending transversely to a magnet valve axis, which rest on one another substantially without any space between them.

Magnet valve, in particular for a slip-controlled hydraulic vehicle brake system

A solenoid valve with a valve dome in which an armature is contained in an axially movable fashion and onto which a coil is slid for actuating the solenoid valve. In order to mechanically fasten and seal the solenoid valve in a receiving bore of a hydraulic block. A valve seat part is inserted into an open end of the valve dome and an annular ring-shaped valve support is press fitted onto the open end of the valve dome so that the valve seat part, the valve dome, and the valve support are mechanically connected to one another and are sealed in a pressure-tight fashion. The solenoid valve is easy-to-manufacture and is sealed without separate seals.

Solenoid valve for a slip-controlled hydraulic brake system of a vehicle

A rod-shaped solenoid valve that is provided for insertion into a receiving bore of a hydraulic block of an antilock hydraulic brake system of a vehicle, wherein a fluid influx takes place through an axial bore of a valve seat part that is inserted into a valve support. For simple sealing, a plastic end piece is placed onto the end of the valve support that prodrudes into the receiving bore and seals the valve support in relation to the receiving bore and also seals the valve seat part.

Solenoid valve for a slip-regulated hydraulic brake system of a vehicle

A rodlike magnet valve having a magnetic part which is surrounded by a coil for actuating the valve. The magnet valve can be inserted into a receiving bore of a hydraulic block of a slip-controlled vehicle brake system. For fast, economical manufacture of the magnet valve, the magnet valve has a rotationally symmetrical base body, which has a through bore and a securing flange, as an extruded part without undercuts or tapered features. Along with the advantage of enabling fast, inexpensive manufacture of its base body, the magnet valve has the further advantage that the base body can be made from an economical reforming steel, which can be readily welded for fluid-tight mounting of a valve dome.
