A method and a device for opening a transport bag for loading and/or unloading, wherein the transport bag is conveyed along a conveying path by a conveyor system, in a suspended manner, to a device for opening the transport bag. The transport bag has a front and rear wall and a movable push element, which effects a relative movement of the front and rear wall with respect to one another between a closed bag state and an open bag state. An actively moved push device exerts a pushing force on a first end of the push element of the transport bag and the push element is converted from an idle conformation into a conformation subjected to a pushing force. The front and rear wall are thus moved relative to one another in the direction of an open bag state and the transport bag is opened for loading and/or unloading.

Method and device for opening a transport bag

A transport bag for the hanging transportation of goods by a transport device extending in a transport direction, the transport bag having a rear wall oriented in a transverse direction to the transport direction and a front wall oriented in a transverse direction to the transport direction, which are moveably connected to one another at an upper bag end and a lower bag end in such a way that the front wall can move relative to the rear wall between a filling position in which same is at a first distance to the rear wall, and an empty position in which same is at a second distance to the rear wall, which second distance is smaller than the first distance, and which transport bag can be connected in a hanging manner to the transport device by a connection means attached at the top on the rear wall.

Transport bag and method for filling and emptying a transport bag of this type

An apparatus for, and a method of, inserting flat articles, e.g. printed pre-products or additional products, parts of newspapers, goods samples, leaflets, fliers and other inserts, into folded printed products. Use is made of a rotary system with compartments which run along a closed circular rotary path and are oriented as a tangent or secant to the rotary path (U). This makes it possible for the printed products and the articles to be fed in the direction of rotation, as a result of which the forces acting on the products can be reduced. There are also advantages relating to format adaptation, since the opening angle of the product upon adjustment of the compartment base does not change to such a pronounced extent as is the case with radially oriented compartments.

Insertion apparatus and insertion method

Groups are formed from flat articles being supplied in a plurality of supply streams by combining the supply streams to form a group stream, and by separating article groups from the head end of the group stream through clamping and accelerating aligned leading article edge zones. The supply streams are superimposed in at least one combining point, wherein in all streams to be combined and in all superimposed streams the articles are arranged parallel in a direction transverse to the conveying direction, have the same article spacings, and are conveyed at the same speed. Projections of the streams to be combined and of the superimposed streams on a plane parallel to the parallel alignment of the articles run parallel to one another or coincide. Projections of the streams to be combined on a plane transverse to the parallel alignment of the articles run together at an acute angle.
