A bearing cover for a split bearing arrangement includes a stiffening element between threaded bores for receiving threaded bolts in order to connect the bearing cover to a bearing block. Provided between two clamping surfaces is a first radially inner bearing support surface having an at least approximately arcuate cross-section as viewed in the axial direction. Adjoining the bearing support surface and following the cross-sectional contour of the bearing support surface, a reinforcing web is provided on the stiffening element which has a varying height as viewed perpendicular to the bearing support surface, and the tallest height is disposed in the region of the half angular span of the bearing support surface.

Bearing cover

The invention relates to a split bearing arrangement () with a bearing block () comprising counter clamping surfaces () and a bearing cover () comprising clamping surfaces (), wherein the bearing cover () is connected to the bearing block () by means of bolt-like connecting elements mounted in bores () in the clamping surfaces () and/or comprising at least one projection () per clamping surface (), which can be pushed into the counter clamping surface () of the bearing block (), wherein the clamping surfaces () of the bearing cover () or the counter clamping surfaces () of the bearing block () are oriented obliquely at an angle not equal to 90&#xb0; to the longitudinal extension of the connecting elements and/or the projections () are arranged respectively at a distance () of at least 150% of a maximum height () of the projections () over the clamping surfaces () from the bore () and/or a side wall of the bearing cover ().

Split bearing arrangement

A bearing arrangement includes a bearing cover and a bearing block fitting thereon. The bearing block has a recess in the area of the arrangement of the bearing cover, in which the bearing cover can be arranged. The bearing cover has vertically running positioning elements. The bearing cover can be positioned on the bearing block via the vertically running positioning elements.
