Emergency stop for a linear actuator system, which comprises a housing () and an activation button () adapted for activating a circuit breaker and where the activation button () has a neutral position and an emergency position. The emergency stop further comprises a spring () for spring-loading the activation button () for retaining the activation button () in the neutral position, a latching mechanism adapted for retaining the activation button () in the emergency position once it has entered this position, and a release mechanism adapted to unlatch the latching mechanism. The spring-loaded activation button () is pivotally connected to the housing () and arranged to pivot between the neutral position and the emergency position. The spring-loaded activation button () comprises an arm () having one end attached to the underside () of the spring-loaded activation button (). The housingcomprises a wall piece () adapted for engaging a free end of the arm (). The latching mechanism comprises a protruding part () on the arm () and a receiving part () on the wall piece (), said protruding part () and said receiving part () being unlatched when the activation button () is in the neutral position and latched when the activation button () is in the emergency position. The release mechanism comprises a reactivation button () movable between a first and second position, said reactivation button () unlatches the latching mechanism by disengaging the protruding part () from the receiving part () when the reactivation button () is moved from the first position to the second position.

Emergency stop activating a circuit breaker

The present invention relates to a linear actuator comprising a console, an outer tube connected to the console, an electric motor, a transmission, and a spindle in connection with the transmission. The linear actuator comprises a spindle nut on the spindle and an inner tube connected to the spindle nut. The spindle nut and the inner tube are guided inside the outer tube. The linear actuator comprises a control box which is connected to the console by means of a snap connection. The linear actuator further comprises an end stop arrangement having an end switch for each direction of movement of the spindle nut. An object underlying the invention is to provide a simpler connection of the control box to the linear actuator. A further object is to provide a less complex construction of the end stop arrangement of a linear actuator. To this end, the control box is connected to the console by means of a snap connection. Further, the linear actuator comprises a sliding element arranged between the spindle nut and the end switches, and where the sliding element is actuated by the spindle nut.

Linear actuator

A linear actuator is described comprising an actuator housing, a driven element moveable at a front end of the linear actuator and a mounting () at a rear end of the linear actuator, wherein the mounting () comprises two arms () and an accommodation space () between the two arms (). The object underlying the invention is to provide a linear actuator which can easily be mounted with its rear mounting. To this end, at least one arm () is provided with a lever () which is rotatable about an axis between an open position and a closed position, wherein in the closed position, an end portion () of the lever () at least partly closes an opening () between the two arms () and in the open position makes the opening () accessible.

Linear actuator and control box combination

The present invention relates to a linear actuator comprising a console (), an outer tube connected to the console, an electric motor, a transmission, and a spindle in connection with the transmission. The linear actuator comprises a spindle nut on the spindle and an inner tube connected to the spindle nut. The spindle nut and the inner tube are guided inside the outer tube. For mounting the linear actuator, a rear end is equipped with a rear mounting () and a front end of the inner tube is equipped with a front mounting. In such a linear actuator the rear mounting should be mounted to the housing in a simple manner. To this end, the console () comprises a first fixing geometry () having a number of first fingers () distributed in the circumferential direction around the axis and the rear mounting () comprises a second fixing geometry () as negative form of the first fixing geometry, wherein the first fixing geometry and the second fixing geometry form an overlapping region.

The present invention relates to a linear actuator () comprising an outer tube () secured to a console and a rear mounting () and a front mounting () for mounting the linear actuator (). The linear actuator () further comprises a motor housing () which constitutes a first part of an actuator housing () The linear actuator () further comprises an inner tube () which at its outermost end is secured to the front mounting () and with its other end is in connection with a spindle nut on a spindle. Through a transmission an electric motor causes the spindle to rotate at which the spindle nut and the inner tube will be moved in an outwards or inwards direction depending on the direction of rotation of the spindle. The spindle nut and the inner tube are guided telescopically in the outer tube. The spindle nut and the inner tube are secured against rotation in the outer tube. Due to the number of components and a large number of assembly operations, the production of this type of linear actuator () is cost-intensive. The invention thus relates to providing a linear actuator () which is more production friendly and cost-efficient. This is achieved according to the invention in that the outer tube () and the console () are cast as a unit which constitutes a base unit (). Thus, both the number of components as well as the number of assembly operations is reduced causing the total cost for manufacturing of the linear actuator () to be reduced considerably.

The gear wheel power take-off () is constructed as a tooth gearing on a planetary wheel holder () in a planetary wheel and transfers a movement to the optional equipment, which is proportional to the movement of the spindle nut during its travel on the spindle.
