Object-oriented data storage. A system and method is disclosed for enhanced data storage. A system for object-oriented data storage may comprise an intelligent object editor capable of accessing data content and a destination storage device coupled to the intelligent object editor. The intelligent object editor can link associated information to data content to create a storage object. The storage object can then be stored to the destination storage device.

Nip pressure

A secure document comprises a pliable fabric comprising human-readable information. The secure document further comprises a memory attached to the pliable fabric in which machine-readable information about the secure document is stored. The secure document further comprises an interface attached to the pliable fabric and coupled to the memory that, when a reader device reads the secure document, transmits at least a portion of the machine-readable information stored in the memory to the reader device.

A method and apparatus for classifying fire fighting foam is disclosed. Fire fighting foam analyzer 10 uses a large capacity container 11 having a viewing window 12 disposed in a substantially vertical wall 13. The viewing window 12 has thereon a volume scale 14 containing volume graduations and a ratio scale 15. To classify a foam by a foam type, fire fighting foam analyzer 10 is filled with an initial volume of foam, the initial volume is recorded, solution is allowed to separate from the foam for a given period of time, a final solution volume is recorded, the ratio of initial foam volume to final solution volume is determined and the ratio is correlated to a particular foam type by reading the ratio scale 15.
