The invention relates to a mobile threading unit () for threading warp threads () of a warp into elements of a harness, having at least one providing apparatus () for providing elements of the harness, at least one receiving apparatus () for receiving elements of the harness with a threaded warp thread (), a threading module (II) which is configured for separating an element from the at least one providing apparatus (), for gripping a respective warp thread (), for threading said warp thread () into the separated element, and for placing the element with the threaded warp thread () on one of the receiving apparatuses (), wherein the threading unit () can be displaced spatially for threading individual warp threads ().

Mobile drawing-in unit

The device is used for separating a partial quantity of threads from a thread layer by means of a movable separating means, wherein the thread layer is formed from a plurality of adjacently arranged threads. The device includes a movement device for moving the separating means relative to the thread layer, a control device for controlling the movement device and a detection device for detecting threads, wherein the detection device allows the detection of a reference position relative to the thread layer and the movement device can be controlled in such a manner that the separating means can be brought to a working position relative to the thread layer and can execute a separating movement in which the separating means is at least partially inserted between two adjacent threads. At least one relative coordinate of the working position in relation to the reference position is a variable parameter of the control device and at least one value for this relative coordinate can be made available to the control device.

Device for separating threads from a layer of threads, method for operating the device and use of the device

A device feeds harness elements to a separation station of a drawing-in machine. The device includes at least one feed rail. The harness elements are arranged on the one feed rail. The feed rail has an inclination relative to a horizontal to generate a slope descending force for pressing a respective foremost harness element onto the separating station.

Harness strand or lamella feeding system

A method and a device for drawing warp threads into harness elements of a weaving machine through use of a drawing-in member which effects a reciprocating movement and with at least one conveying device for harness elements. In order to increase the capacity of devices of this type, the drawing-in member is constructed to carry out a reciprocating movement which is short compared with the length of the warp threads. This is done by providing a transporting device that transports the warp thread to a point in front of a weaving reed.
