A fixing system for an aligning device of a tibial resection guide for fixating attachment to a limb and an aligning device having the fixing system. The fixing system includes a carrier device having an attachment portion for attaching to an adjustment rod, a fixing magnet arranged on a front side of the carrier device, and a magnetic band adapted to be attracted to the fixing magnet and adapted to be attached to the limb of a patient.

Fixing system and aligning device

A fixing clamp for an aligning device, and an aligning device that includes the fixing clamp, for clamping to a bodily extremity. The clamp includes a first clamp arm, a second clamp arm and a frame device having an attaching section for attaching to an adjustment rod. The first clamp arm is rotatably attached to a first rotary joint about a first axis of rotation, and the second clamp arm is rotatably connected to a second rotary joint about a second axis of rotation. A locking mechanism locks the first clamp arm and/or the second clamp arm relative to the frame device in at least one position, and blocks movement of the first or second clamp arm about the respective rotary joint in an open rotational direction.

Fixing clamp and aligning device

The invention relates to a medical instrumentarium, in particular for implanting a hip joint stem, comprising a rasp instrument with a rasp shank defining a longitudinal axis, which rasp shank has an anterior side face, a posterior side face, a medial side face, and a lateral side face, wherein the side faces at least partially have rasp teeth which are formed running parallel to each other and circumferential or at least partially circumferential with respect to the longitudinal axis, wherein the rasp instrument comprises a rotational stabilization device for increasing a rotational stability of the rasp shank driven into a bone cavity, in particular a femur cavity.
