A method reduces the microbiological loading of container products made at least partially of at least one plastic material. As part of a first production process, a plastic granulate () is fed to an extruder device (), which melts the granulate (). As part of a subsequent production process, the melted granulate is forwarded onto a blow-molding, filling and sealing machine for obtaining the respective container product. At least in parts of the first production process, the plastic material undergoes at least one of the following treatment steps: high-energy radiation and/or plasma treatment and/or a gas having a sterilizing effect.

Method for reducing the microbiological loading of container products

A container of plastic material is produced using the blow, fill and seal method, with the filler material, enclosed by a container wall () that can be autoclaved. At least one shape () is provided in the container wall () that ensures, despite a low relative air volume in the container, that when administering the filler material by infusion, the container wall () collapses at least partially reducing the volume, without aeration of the container.

Container consisting of plastic material, and method for producing a container of this type

A device for reducing the microbiological contaminants of container products made predominantly of plastics materials feeds a plastics granulate to an extruder assembly () that melts the granulate. The granulate is subsequently supplied to a form-fill-seal machine for producing a container product. A guide assembly () guides the plasticated plastic material from the extruder assembly () to the machine. At least one guide assembly () has at least one flow or channel guide () for the melted plastics material, so that microbiological contaminants are guided predominantly into the interior of the wall of the polymeric tube that interior is enclosed by regions of the plastic material that are less contaminated.

Device for reducing microbiological contaminants of container products

The invention relates to a plastic container product, in particular produced by the blow-molding, filling, and sealing method, having a container wall which can be pierced by means of a cannula in predefinable areas for the purpose of access to the container content. Said plastic container product is characterized in that, in order to avoid punched parts which arise when the container wall is pierced with a cannula, the mathematical product of the container wall thickness in the piercing area and the tensile modulus of the plastic material to ISO 527 is less than 400 MPa&#xb7;mm, in particular preferably less than 300 MPa&#xb7;mm.
