Device for driving at least one output shaft of a rail vehicle and method for operating such a device

A parallel shift transmission of a motor vehicle comprising splitter and range groups. At least the splitter group is split into two parallel transmission branches having countershafts. One branch can be actuated by a power-shift element to transfer rotation of a drive shaft to a countershaft, via a stepped transmission ratio of the splitter group according to the actuation of one of the transmission branches and then converting and transmitting the rotation, via one of a plurality of range transmission ratios of the range group, to an output shaft. In order to reverse rotation, parallel countershafts can be coupled by individual gearwheel pairs by actuation of associated switching elements such that one countershaft, at the output side of the splitter group in the flow of power flow from the drive to the output shaft, is connected to the other countershaft at a drive side of the range group.

Parallel gearshift transmission of a motor vehicle

A multi-stage planetary gearbox, in particular a torque split gearbox of a work machine, having a housing which accommodates four planetary gearsets, a plurality of shafts, and shift elements including brakes and clutches which implement different gear ratios between the drive and output shafts. The drive shaft couples a carrier of the third gearset which can couple, via a first clutch, a third shaft that is coupled to a ring gear of a second gearset and which can be connected, via a second clutch, to a fourth shaft connected to a sun gear of the third gearset. A fifth shaft couples a sun gear of the second gearset and can be locked, via a first brake, with the housing. A sixth shaft couples a ring gear of the third gearset and a carrier of the second gearset. The output shaft is coupled to a carrier of a fourth gearset.

Device for driving working equipment of a commercial vehicle

A multi-stage gearbox of planetary construction, in particular a power split transmission of a work engine, having a housing which accommodates four planetary sets, several shafts and several shift elements including at least a brake and a number of clutches. Selective engagement of the shift elements implements different gear ratios between a drive shaft and an output shaft. The drive shaft is connected to a carrier of the second planetary set while the sun gear of the second planetary set is coupled with a third shaft and the ring gear of the second planetary set is coupled with a fourth shaft. The output shaft is connected to a carrier of the fourth planetary set, and a fifth shaft is firmly connectable to the housing by a first brake.
