A functional interior trim part for a vehicle is disclosed. The trim part includes a layered structure having at least a base support, a functional layer and a haptic layer. The functional interior trim part includes an electrical shielding layer. The electrical shielding layer leads to a selective sensor field expression in the direction of an operating half-space. The electrical shielding layer is arranged on a side of the functional layer facing away from the haptic layer. A method for manufacturing the interior trim part is also disclosed.

An armrest for an interior equipment part of a motor vehicle includes a decor layer, a support element, a cushion element disposed at least in sections between the support element and the decor layer, and a heating element disposed at least in sections on the decor layer. Furthermore, the armrest includes a sensor element that includes an electrode and a counter electrode. The sensor element is electrically connected to a control unit, wherein the sensor element is designed to send an electric sensor signal to the control unit when the distance between the electrode and the counter electrode changes at least in regions, and the control unit is designed to switch the heating element off and/or on as a function of the sensor signal.

Armrest for an interior fitting part of a motor vehicle

A device and method for adjusting a mounting position of a window lifter guide rail of a motor vehicle window, particularly in a frameless motor vehicle door. The device comprises a locking member which includes a lower member, an upper member, and a screw that extends through the locking member. The screw is in engagement with a nut that may be rotated to adjust the mounting position of the guide rail in a vertical direction. The upper and lower members may also be moved relative to one another to adjust the mounting position of the guide rail in a horizontal direction.

Adjustable window lifter guide rail

A crossmember module for attachment under an instrument panel of a motor vehicle. The crossmember module includes a metal tube surrounded at least in part with plastic. The metal tube has a central, tubular cross-section and flattened ends. Each flattened end has a first mounting hole and a plastic tab that is injection molded onto each flattened end. The crossmember also has a groove-shaped plastic duct for guiding a wiring harness relative to the metal tube. Different receivers may optionally be molded on in one piece in the plastic enabling the connection of various adjacent components.
