A vehicle electrical system is equipped with an inverter, an electrical energy store, an electrical machine and an AC transmission terminal. The inverter has a first and a second side and is configured to transmit power between these sides. The first side of the inverter is connected to the energy store via input current terminals of the inverter. The second side of the inverter is connected to the electrical machine via phase current terminals of the inverter. The inverter has at least two H-bridges. Each of the H-bridges bypasses the two sides of the inverter. The AC transmission terminal is connected to the second side of the inverter.

The vehicle electrical system described includes an inverter, an electrical energy store, an electrical machine and a DC transmission terminal. The inverter is connected to the energy store via input current terminals. At least two phase current terminals of the inverter are connected to the electrical machine. An apparatus for detecting the state of a checkable storage battery in a vehicle having at least two vehicle onboard power supply systems of different operating voltages is provided. The vehicle onboard power supply systems are coupled by a DC/DC converter, which converts a first DC voltage of a first vehicle onboard power supply system into a second DC voltage of the storage battery in the second vehicle onboard power supply system. The vehicle onboard power supply systems have a control device that includes a test signal module configured to supply a test signal via the DC/DC converter to the checkable storage battery, a measured value detection module configured to measure the reaction values of the checkable storage battery, and an evaluation module configured to detect the state of the storage battery from the measured reaction values.

An assembly and a method determine the angular position of a rotating machine by way of an inductive sensor. From the excitation signal for a primary winding of a sensor and voltages induced in the two secondary windings of the sensor, three more signals are derived using phase shifters and polarity sign determination units. The six signals in total are sampled using a sample and hold sampling unit and provided to a processor for evaluation, which then calculates the current angular position of the rotating machine at the sampling time.
