A coil component for an electric machine, having a carrier and a coil winding accommodated in the carrier at least in sections. The carrier has a ring region with multiple grooves distributed in a circumferential direction, and multiple winding sections of the coil winding are received in each groove. An insulation layer is arranged between the carrier and the winding sections in at least one groove and projects with two extension portions over the winding sections towards a radial opening of the at least one groove. A closure element is received in the carrier in the groove with the insulation layer towards the radial opening, and both extension portions are arranged such that the closure element is spaced apart from the carrier by the extension portions. A friction clutch for coupling a drive shaft of a motor vehicle motor to a transmission input shaft has an input part coupled to the drive shaft to introduce a torque of the drive shaft, an output part coupled to the transmission input shaft to extract a torque, a pressing part movable axially relative to the input part and to the output part to press the output part together frictionally with the input part, and a return spring in the form of a leaf spring to position the pressing part in a defined initial position relative to the input part, at least a part of the torque transferred by the input part being transferable through the return spring, where the return spring runs between a torque introduction point and a torque extraction point in an essentially tangential direction and runs at an oblique angle of incidence relative to a radial plane of the friction clutch.

Friction clutch

A dual clutch device having an input side, a first output side, and a second output side, which are arranged rotatably about an axis of rotation, and having a first, radially outer friction clutch for producing frictional engagement between the input side and the first output side and a second, radially inner friction clutch for producing frictional engagement between the input side and the second output side. Each friction clutch has a first friction element, which engages in the input side in a torque-transmitting manner, a second friction element, which engages in the associated output side in a torque-transmitting manner, a control element for providing an axially pressing force on the friction elements, and a leaf spring element, which is spirally wound around the axis of rotation and which is arranged axially between the control element and the friction elements.

Dual clutch

A two-stage clutch for separable connection of an input shaft to at least one output shaft, having a clutch cover, a clutch basket and a plurality of partial clutches, the partial clutches being operated in series. A first partial clutch is a pilot clutch, which is actively operable. A second partial clutch is a main clutch, which is operable by the pilot clutch, an operating force for the main clutch being produced by a torque transmitted by a shaft. In this two-stage clutch, the clutch cover is firmly connectible to the clutch basket. With the two-stage clutch proposed here, high torques can be transmitted despite small external operating forces. At the same time, the construction and assembly are greatly simplified in spite of the considerable complexity of the two-stage clutch, and the two-stage clutch has a significantly reduced rotating mass.

Two-stage clutch

A wet clutch for a motorcycle having an outer basket having a first toothing as the input side of the wet clutch, an inner basket which is coaxial to the outer basket having a second toothing as the output side of the wet clutch, first frictional elements which are torsionally connected to the outer basket, second frictional elements which are torsionally connected to the inner basket, the first and second frictional elements being situated axially alternating between the inner basket and the outer basket, and a clamping element to compress the first and second frictional elements axially in order to produce a torsional connection between the input side and the output side. The inner basket and/or the outer basket can essentially be produced from one or more sheet metal parts.

Wet clutch for a motorcycle

A clutch having a pre-clutch and a main clutch, where the pre-clutch can be brought to an engaged or a disengaged state by a tensioning means, the pre-clutch being connected to the main clutch by means of an operative connection in such a way that the disengaged position and the engaged position are transmitted to the main clutch, and where the tensioning means is supported on a clutch basket of the main clutch.

A clutch including a pre-clutch and a main clutch, where the pre-clutch can be brought into an engaged or disengaged state by a disc spring, where the pre-clutch is connected via an effective connection to the main clutch, such that in the disengaged position and engaged position are transmitted to the main clutch, where the pre-clutch is arranged between the main clutch and a connection area for an actuating element of the disc spring, that the disc spring is effectively connected to an outer area by means of a clutch hub of the pre-clutch, that the disc spring is effectively connected in a middle area to a disc of the counter-disc of the pre-clutch, and that the disc spring has a contact area for the actuating element in an inner area.

The invention relates to a clutch device, for example, a booster clutch device, including a first clutch element and a second clutch element, where a torsion spring device is provided coupling the first clutch element to the second clutch element, the torsion spring device having a multi-stage spring characteristic.
